Really poor quality garment. Considering price point one would assume a level of robustness. One wear outdoors which includes a car journey resulted in the seatbelt marking the fleece.

Customer service was average as they acknowledged the damage but said it wasn’t a quality issue. As a resolution I was offered an exchange, but the item I had originally bought was sold out. I was then given a choice of what they had left in stock and as a result, I ended up with something I didn’t really want and in the wrong size as they had sold out of XL’s on most items. Would’ve preferred my money back…

They even said that they’d be adding a disclaimer to the website stating not to wear if you plan to use a seatbelt!

Took a punt on an instagram company and lost. Would avoid and stick to known brands that use quality material and are built to last.

i paid for block hoody that look amazing after washing on its own on right temp i dried it hanging in airing room then putting the top on the name of the company peeeling off be carful bying from
them they charged to return thing are not even open i lost ten pound sending a small top bk and a ruined hoody cuz northern gram peeled off in 48 hour i know more people have had this problem but never report it but im warning people never trust then they look desperate to keep
money over there faulty clothing

Love the products, the brand is great. I had an issue at one point but the customer service team were amazing and so responsive. Would definitely recommend this brand to others

I’ve been visiting and using products from NPG since they opened and the quality just keeps on getting better and better.

I recently upgraded my uniform and Jules has done a fantastic job, quick turnaround, high quality and I’ve had so many positive comments!

Visiting the shop I’m always greeted by a smile from Jules and Deb and made to feel welcome. They really listen to what I am after and always go above and beyond my expectations.

I recommend them to so many people.

Excellent quality and would highly recommend, well worth the money and the promotional emails are well worth a look.

It’s funny how others have experienced a similar situation. Expensive clothes, poor quality, doesn’t last after a few wears and awful customer services where they push the blame.

I brought my partner one of the fleece jumpers after a few wears the elastic snapped, so it now looks like a miss shaped mess. I was told it’s after the 30 days- however surely their products should last longer that a couple of months which is all it has been.

Their good will gesture is a £10 gift voucher to spend towards something on their website.. why would I want to buy something else that doesn’t last & if this is the response I was given and when the guilty is so Poor?!

And I was told to take it to somewhere near myself to get the product fixed. - even more money spent on something which you would expect to last.

But don’t worry this was their unhelpful response

“This is why we stated a solution and a good will gesture.

I am sorry you feel this way but as the elastic has snapped after arrival and the timeframe stated we would not class this item as faulty and this is down to the wear of the product.

We are always here to help but we do have these timeframes for a reasonable amount of time. “

Absolutely shocking, don’t waste your money or time on this company. What a complete let down!

Very friendly and helpful customer service when i was sent an incorrect pair, couldn't be any better!

I don’t get any of the bad reviews, the clothing is spot on, the material quality very high end, the sizing is exact, I usually wear a Nike xxl and ordered NG xxl and the fit was perfection, exactly how I wanted it, they sit nice without a baggy feel. My first order was the Sherpa hoody and 2 sweatshirts, I could stock my whole wardrobe with NG clothing, get your first order in and you’ll be back ordering again and again.

I literally wear shorts everywhere and these are the first trousers I've bought in years, they fit absolutely fantastic, really slimming in the leg, great length nice material, I will def be buying some other pairs 😊 love them, would definitely recommend

I can’t understand the few bad reviews to be honest, the hoodies are cosy, a cracking fit and very nice quality IMO. recently moved on to the joggers and cargo pants (which fit perfectly, hard to find these days) every order is received within a few days and any queries are answered on the day by amazing customer service (think it was gavin who was very responsive with a return) anyway, I’ll always be back to this place, quality, 👌🏼 p.s to all other companies…. This is how to run a business 💪🏻

Bought a lovely pair of joggers from this company, they didn't quite fit me but lovely material, looked great. I had to send them back but I'll be ordering a larger size pending availability. Refund notice was swift, comms good. Nothing but good things.
