The best hoodie iv bought so warm so light no wonder they sell out , don't want to take it off and it's first thing I put on in the morning save on gas and buy a northern garms hoodie ! Super quick delivery and returns .

Bought as a gift for a family member who’s always cold, so it hasn’t been given yet, my kiddo tried it on as he was debating wanting one but said it was too warm, which is a huge win, it’s a very nice fit with lovely long arms, and flattering when on, it’s as I’ve been informed very comfortable, but if you are a warmer person may be too warm for you, even better it felt nice for my kiddo who has autism, which is a huge win as we struggle with clothes, so if he ever decides he needs one I’ll be placing another order, now to hope the intended recipient approves, postage was quick, price was reasonable for the quality very happy with this company and order massive thanks you 😊

So I ordered 1 Sherpa jumper not really knowing the brand before hand and it came through the post and I absolutely love it one of the most comfortable jumpers I have ever worn I struggle to take it off 😂😂 so I had to buy another 2 yesterday and they have already turned up at my house and again they are absolutely amazing jumpers perfect sizing and again the most comfortable jumper I have ever worn can’t wait to wear them during the winter and I will definitely be ordering again from This company Thankyou Northan Garms for your quality clothing and professional service

Really impressed with the quality, bought a few bits for my teenager ready for Xmas and just had them delivered. Sizing looks about right and the quality is great. I got a Sherpa hoodie, comfy shorts and plain T so a good selection of what’s available. Will likely be back for my husband and my brother too and definitely a brand to recommend.

First class. Sherpa is so warm and yet light. There was an issue with the delivery but the guys were on it and got a replacement to me the very next day. I now have bought 2 of these sherpa’s in different colours and they are a great addition to my wardrobe.

I am so pleased that I discovered Northern Garms. The quality of the clothing is amazing and exceeded my expectations. I have purchased many times since. I have only had to deal with customer services once and they were outstanding. Everything was sorted with no hassle at all. I highly recommend Northern Garms. Ps. Most of my family will have some great clothing under the tree this Christmas!!

Do not buy clothes from these brand it’s fake and the custom service doesn’t give a shit about you they won’t help you in case you have any issue they just want your money once they have the money they don’t care about you and you have to say about their brand. Definitely I won’t buy never again here

Extremely easy website to manoeuvre around and order clothes with hassle free. you can order on the app and clothes are delivered The next day, even though it states it took a few days to deliver on the website sharpa a
hoodie, it arrived. I was astonished at the quality of the fabric and since then, I have washed it 3 times the colour hasn't faded. I have since bought a grey one so now I have a white and grave 1. Then I have had lots of compliments and so far, 5 of my friends have ordered them hardly recommend this product as it is the best confius. Warmest, cosy hoody, I have ever old

I made a mistake on my address when placing my order and I sent an email quickly asking could anything be done. I got a fast response and got my address corrected. My partner also loves his new fleecy quarter zip hoodie!! I will be getting another couple in different colours for him and family also. Very fast delivery too

the fit is amazing,the quality is amazing, it keeps you very cosy and warm and I do have 2 of them. There is one problem, there's no loop to hang it on a coat hook, it's either hang it by it's hood, which I really don't like as it leaves little lumps in your hood, or use a coat hanger which is really inconvenient.

Placed order on 07/10 for £100 and two items via clear pay.

10/10 DPD was due to deliver my items however on the DPD it stated this parcel could not be left in a safe place however DPD still left the parcel outside.

Working in retail as a Operations manager for Wickes customer services, I am assumed this would be a very simple fix, oh how I was wrong.

11/10 reported this to northern garms and the first thing they stated is they are calling the police again being in my job I found this very strange and maybe classed at a scare tactic, however I understand each company has different processes, so I allowed them to proceed, they then stated they would start a investigation, again fair enough allow them to do what they need to do to resolve this, even tho it stated that my package under no circumstances will left outside. Immediate breach of contract.

14/10 chased northern garms to find out no refund was still processed, I then get home to find my wife and child fairly intermediated because DPD driver came back to mine banging on the door demanding to see if we had the package, a very scary moment for my family, however the driver stated this was his error and he would be forced to pay for this.

I finally thought this nightmare was over so the following day I advised northern garms that dpd have stated they will be paying for the product, again thought this was the end of the nightmare how wrong was I.

17/10 contact northern garms to find out my refund still has not been issued and they are refusing to do so until DPD send me a DOR to sign this was advise to me 11 days ago that DPD have sent this.

28/10 Still not received anything from DPD and contacted northern garms and pretty much begged them at this point to issue my refund unfortunately they said no and they will ask DPD to resend this, again working in customer services I can never imagine asking the customer to do this for there mistake but again they have there process. I then asked to escalate this matter but that not a option surprise surprise.

29/10 contact northern garms again today who stated they are not issuing me a refund until this form is signed which is never coming unfortunately and this cannot be done via a email, all seems a little suspect and delays tactics in my opinion or maybe it is there process who knows.

Matthew also stated in the email I will quote ''once your deformation statements have been rectified they will issues my refund. (ultimately saying unless I edited my previous review they will not issue a refund ) Again completely illegal as we all have freedom of speech.

I am now totally at a lost and all northergarms are saying is contact clear pay who are no help at all.

I really hope this is not happening to any other hard working people with the cost of living crisis this is the last thing anyone needs.

I really hope this helps people going forward when making a decision to buy from a Facebook company.

UPDATE 4/11 over the weekend drove over to dpd as I have waited nearly 4 weeks for this to be resolved. Dpd knew nothing about the dor form and stated the consumer should have refunded you by now.

Contacted Matthew who advise he will still not issue my refund even tho it’s now over 28 days consumer right law indicates however that doesn’t seem to apply to this company

All they keep doing is delaying and delaying they have now stated they have had to ask dpd to send another form as the first one got lost funny that.

I have never had an experience like this and such poor customer service. This is not my fault in the slightest but still this company will not resolve and still dragging there heels 4 weeks later. Insisting they need a dor signed which they have had 2 weeks to send to me.

Delay tactics I’m starting to think I will never get my refund. Please stay away from this company I’m sure the items are great but if you ever have problems it is impossible to get your money back please be careful guys especially with Xmas coming up

Ive ordered a few items the quality is so good i had ordered something for my partner and they were out of stock which they let me know but sorted it all out for me with something else in place, thankyou so much i really appreciate it

Ordered some cargo pants from Northern Garms, the service was superb. Any queues I had weee answered within a couple of hours via email.
Would definitely order again.
