Abby Made my experience great! I placed an order using an incorrect payment method and Abby jumped right in to help me out. She was able to cancel the order and help me get to the right payment option! I have had a 7 stage RO system from NuAqua for several years now and have loved it! I have the subscription plan and have had to use the warranty, and they delivered on their word and helped me diagnose the issue and replace parts. We just ordered a whole house filter. After talking to Abby who recommended the heavy metal 3 stage whole house filter because we are on a well. After I placed the order, I had several more questions and Abby was right there with me to answer all of my questions (and I have a lot of questions).
