Excellent product
Excellent product, the dog loves it, the only criticism I have is about all the packaging used to send it, very large box with lots of paper inside & the two pouches on top, probably a decent size padded envelope would have sufficed, but product excellent! 👍🏻

Great product, easy to order and lots of help on the website. Only complaint is cost of delivery hence the four star. I paid £9.95 and that was the standard delivery or pick a day delivery.

THE worst customer service
THE worst customer service
I recently switched my dog's food order to a subscription, having previously ordered on an ad hoc basis. In the past, deliveries have always arrived very quickly, so I was surprised that this order took a full week to arrive after payment had been taken.
When it finally arrived, it was packaged in a standard cardboard box rather than the usual insulated polystyrene packaging used to keep the food frozen. As a result, the entire order had completely defrosted and was at room temperature.
I immediately put the food in the freezer and contacted customer services via the online contact form to ask whether it was still safe to feed to my dog. While waiting for a response, I had to buy more food from the shop so I wouldn't run out.
After receiving no reply, I contacted the online chat service a couple of days later. It took around six hours to receive a response, and even then I still wasn't given an answer to my question. Instead, I was advised to email customer services, which I did. Two days passed without any response, so I eventually had to call.
Unfortunately, the phone call was equally frustrating. The representative avoided giving me a direct answer, and it took a lengthy conversation before I finally established that the food should not be fed to my dog and that a replacement would be sent.
To make matters worse, because I'm away this weekend, they were unable to schedule the replacement for delivery when I return on Monday. Instead, I've been told I need to call again, wait on hold, and arrange the replacement myself.
Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. What should have been a convenient subscription service has instead resulted in delayed delivery, spoiled food, poor communication, multiple attempts to contact customer service, unnecessary trips to buy replacement food, and the inconvenience of having to chase a resolution at every stage.

Terrible logistics & customer service…
I have a subscription service for fresh pet food and my order is regularly cancelled by Nutriment or delayed and arrives spoiled. The product is good but both logistics and customer is terrible. Very disappointed.

Large tubs are value for money
My cat loves the chicken necks and raw food. Everyone that strokes her say her fur is so soft. The product is healthy, which is important as she's prone to put weight on. Shame the small tubs are so expensive. Delivery is normally nxt day but I had to wait 3 days this time for some reason

My dogs love Nutriment
My dogs love Nutriment, plenty of flavours, excellent for weaning puppies. Its just a shame the postage is so high. I havnt got the freezer space to order the amount for free postage. Nevertheless as long as my doggies continue to thrive and enjoy this food I wouldnt have go anywhere else.

Customer for 10yrs plus
Customer for 10yrs plus. Placed order30 June am. Order delivered 3 July pm. Dumped on front door mat. Bell not rung. Unpacked straight away to find food defrosted. Not acceptable. Rang Nutriment. Apologies, new order but not delivered till 8/7 pm. I have to pack food in my freezer then unpack for collection. Hope this plan works as I only have freezer space for 20pa ks.

Good customer service in action…
I have been feeding my dog Nutriment Raw Turkey for over a year. She absolutely loves it. I order it regularly and recently moved to a subscription every 4 week. Nutriment kept me informed every step through to despatch. The courier looked to be doing a good job but failed to deliver the frozen chubbs on the day promised. They then said it would be delivered the end of the next day. By which time the meat would be unusable. I rang Nutriment who apologised (though it wasn't their fault) and sent a replacement which arrived safely all still frozen. That is good customer service. I have no hesitation in recommending both the product and company.

food was 24 hrs late in mid summer
food was 24 hrs late in mid summer. was not frozen when it got here. and had to be re frozen. Dogs got sick eating the first chubb and it smells weird. Had to bin it. Defrosting 2nd chubb now so we'll see

Low Purine & Phosphorus Support. After trying every renal food we could find to no avail, my little dog who has recently been diagnosed with early stage 2 renal disease absolutely loves this food which is the next best thing to renal food as it is low in purine and phosphorus. It is good value for money and was delivered quickly and in good condition.

I was recommended this company from my previous cat food supplier. I don’t have any issues or concerns with the service or the products overall. Delivery is swift, communication is good. I’ve never had to use customer service so cannot comment on that. Food quality is good and packaged well.
I have only rated it a 4 star as compared to my previous supplier, this company is much higher in cost. I buy my food in bulk and freeze at home as I am a breeder and only feed a raw diet to my cats and kittens. So aside from the cost element. I would recommend.
