Another star performance from Guildford Oka
Flexible, responsive customer service by the ever-efficient Guildford Branch. Eglee and Danielle could not have been more helpful, displaying really great communication skills, and a desire to delight their customer. Very highly recommended, Guildford is this small home design company’s real flagship!

I was trying to source two table lamps…
I was trying to source two table lamps which were on general back order, but the assistants in Bath pointed me to OKA's Guildford store, where, apparently, 6 were held in stock.
I spoke with an amazing, friendly and super helpful lady called Diana, who sourced them and did all the admin to allow me to pay and have them sent.
This took place at around 4pm on Monday - the lamps were delivered to my home before 8.30am on Wednesday! Incredible.
Furthermore, the table lamps were perfect and complemented the Gustavian side tables I had bought the previous week.
A huge 'well done' and thank you to all concerned.

Excellent quality lamp base and shade, great service
We bought a lampshade instore, and ordered the base online. Store staff were very friendly and helpful. Great level of comms to keep me informed of est delivery date and timeslot, and it arrived within 3 days which was great. I am really happy with the lamp base and shade - it goes perfectly in our living room and is fantastic quality.

Excellent creative support from Home Stylist at OKA Guildford
Eglee, Home Stylist at the OKA Guildford Store, recently advised us on a chest of drawers for a master bedroom renovation project, as well as the choice of a rug for the dining area of our kitchen. Eglee kindly created a mood board presentation of the new bedroom that showed a wide range of options and was so helpful to be able to print out and consider at home. In the end we decided on the Anya Chest of Drawers which was newish at the time. Eglee let us know as soon as this was available to view in store and advised on complementary paint colours for our bedside tables as well as other aspects of the plan. The Anya looks stunning in our room and is both stylish and the perfect proportions for the space. We separately discussed a rug for the kitchen, and using an image of the room, Eglee created a presentation that showed us exactly what a variety of rugs would look like. She also took the trouble to contact me when my favourite rug went on sale at a lower price. Eglee is extremely professional and very generous with her time - I recommend her highly.
