So far as a new customer I realized right away this is a great company that take care of the customers !
Plus my Kiki love her new food !

Emma was amazing, helped me meal plan for my year old pitbull that I have no knowledge because I’ve never raised a pup before. I appreciate all the help and the patience with me learning how to feed my pup and what kind of kibble/ fresh food he will benefit from!

This company is fantastic. My picky allergic to everything dog loves his food and licks the bowl clean. He has done this for 2 years plus! Also, my dog has been healthier and had no allergy since he started the food. The customer service and interface is also fantastic. 10/10 from me.

Since my babies have been on Ollie, they have done so much better in their eating desires and tummy issues. When I felt I needed to cancel because of cost, I was able to get things resolved with Faith. She was amazing and helped me get too something more affordable while being able to still give my babies what they need.

Associate Kelly, was professional, polite, set my mind at ease and stayed with me the whole way in resolving my concern with address correction for delivery on schedule.

My dog Ollie loves the food. He jumps about and knows exactly where I keep in the refrigerator for him. The food smells good. The customer service has been great and helps me with the ordering process and plan. Im happy with Ollie!

My senior chihuahua joey loves her Ollie food. It is very moist and easy for her to eat . It came with a cool container with a scooper witch made it easy to store and serve. I order her the calm treats they are also very soft and easy for her to chew. We are very pleased.

Honestly dealing with McCall made it such a seamless easy phone conversation she knew what to do instantly when I called in with my issue she solved it within 2 minutes and on top of that she could have just been done with it but she went above and beyond to let me know that if I do need to go get some of my dog's food because with the order not being located I'm not sure when it will be here she let me know that I could go and pick up some Ollie at PetSmart or Petco and then they would reimburse me up to $50 and that was the first time I'd known that that was even a possibility and so she just made it such a pleasant conversation and put my mind at ease cuz I was a little stressed that my dog food wasn't going to be here and the food that we have on hand is going to be gone soon and so she just genuinely cared it wasn't like I'm at work and I have to care it was more of a I genuinely feel for you I have animals and she just went right into action and solved everything instantly so I highly highly recommend her she should be employee of the month she did a phenomenal job and that is one of the many reasons why I stay with Ollie is I've always had great experiences and she was no different she easily was top one that I've spoke with.

My Molly loves Ollie …..she licks the bowl clean everytime! And the treats and calming treats…..excellent. Her coat is already looking better and she is happier! Thank you Ollie…..Molly love Ollie 🩷

I can't believe you sent different food so that Crystal can start not eating chicken. I hope this will correct her itchy skin. I think I should be able to tell in a week or two at the most. Thank you so much for caring!

I love my Ollie subscription because it is always arrives exactly when I need it for my dog. When it is delivered, it is in dry ice, and always frozen. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten it that has been defrosted completely. My dog loves the food and I love the service.🩷

I unfortunately just lost my wife to cancer and had to get a new debit card due to fraud. I made a call on my drive home and they were super helpful and handled everything fantastic! I've never had a bad experience calling Ollie! Thank you!

I was very impressed with the additional 2 cold packs that were in the box today. One of the reasons we left our previous vendor (FD) was that the food was arriving partially thawed and the boxes falling apart. One box had been delayed over a weekend and the UPS driver said he wouldn't even deliver it in that condition. I love the quality and thought that Ollie adds to their product.

Ollie is great!!

The only thing I would change if I could would be to have no rice in the lamb dish or more recipes that did not contain rice as my dogs are allergic to it.

Obviously it’s hard for some of us to purchase long term since it’s so incredibly expensive. It’s hard knowing that I don’t know how much I can keep purchasing it because both my dogs absolutely love it. My 3 year old pup goes up on 2 feet when I walk his bowl to him because he gets sooo excited he loves it that much.
