Wow, what a difference! My dog chose Ollie's!

I had my service dog Daisy on another fresh pet food service, that shall not be named, and I just wasn't that happy with it or her enthusiasm for eating it. I was reading some reviews comparing the 2 foods and results peaked my interest. I have been impressed with customer service from the beginning of my experience and continue to be impressed. They followed up with an email on something I mentioned in passing during a text conversation with a rep. She emailed me later with suggestions which I really appreciated. My dog definitely picked Ollie over the other food that shall not be named. Each day, her enthusiasm grows at meal time which makes me happy! It also all agrees with her belly so far, gentle enough to have great solid bms (sorry, tmi lol). The packaging is also much better as well as thr food quality, especially when conpared side by side! She likes the dental treats (although they break off a bit hunky, which worries me as a vet tech), she loves the jerky, and I haven't tried the calming supplement yet bc the weather hasn't warmed enough to shave her down (my reason for wanting to try them). Overall, very happy with my choice to switch and will continue to trust Ollie with my precious Service Dog's nutrition. I very much appreciate the great customer service and ease of ordering!! Thank you!

Great company always takes care of my…

Great company always takes care of my issues and resolves them promptly my babies love their Ollie's and we can see it. I feel very content knowing we are giving them some of the best fresh food you can buy currently on the market thanks Ollie's and call center team ypu guys are the best!

Horrible costumer service they…

Horrible costumer service they purposely made the website not possible to cancel the subscription tried to contact them by text by via text but by the time they respond they already shipped another package. THEY WILL NO ISSUE A REFUND!!! I suggest that you contact the bank and make them get the money for them as they are irresponsible!!

We want to assure you that it’s never our intention to make canceling difficult. Customers are able to manage their subscription directly through their account, including canceling, skipping, or rescheduling orders, and we also send notifications before orders are processed to allow time for changes.

That said, we truly regret that the timing of our response didn’t meet your needs and that this led to an order being shipped when you didn’t want it. We also understand how disappointing it is when we’re unable to offer a refund due to the perishable nature of the product once it has shipped or been delivered.

Your feedback is important, and we’ll absolutely share it with our team as we continue working to improve both our responsiveness and overall experience.

My Pup Stormy loves the food and the…

My Stormy loves the food and the portions are perfect. It comes when they say it is supposed to be delivered.
The dry ice doesn't last but the food is still frozen. They have a good choice of food to pick each month.

The box arrived with dry ice intact

The box arrived with dry ice intact, bars frozen solid. Great!
If I can request the driver ring the doorbell, I will. The text annd email announcing the arrival came several hours later. Just happened to be leaving the house and found the box.

My dog love Ollie ;) he loves kibble the most.

My dog love Ollie ;) he loves kibble mixed with wet food.he is super prickly with food even wet. Don’t like to eat same food so I have to rotate or sometimes I have to cooked for him.
What I like Ollie I never pay any extra fee and fast shipment.

My Pup loves the food and the customer…Friday the 13!

My Pup loves the food and the customer service was excellent. Just be aware if you want to cancel or change your subscription they will send you a link to do that and if you don't respond through the link (I didn't) you will continue to get shipments and be charged (I was). But thanks to a considerate, compassionate staff (Captain!)
We got our refund. Friday the 13th turned out pretty good!

I had a terrible experience with Ollie

I had a terrible experience with Ollie. I would give it 0 stars if I could. My dog did not like the food, which was a preference, and that's fine. I cancelled my subscription, or apparently just "delayed" my subscription. I never tried to subscribe to begin with since I only did a 2 week trial and then out of no where got an almost $300 charge and a shipment of food that I never approved. Ollie refused to refund me. Terrible customer service and would not recommend.

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating and unexpected that must have felt, especially given the size of the charge.

We do want to clarify that all of our orders are part of a subscription model, and after the initial trial, orders will continue unless they are fully canceled (rather than delayed or rescheduled). We also send notifications prior to processing so there’s an opportunity to make changes before an order is finalized.

That said, we truly regret that this wasn’t clear or didn’t match your expectations, and we’re sorry your pup didn’t enjoy the food. We never want anyone to feel caught off guard or dissatisfied with their experience.

Your feedback is important, and we’ll be sure to share it with our team as we continue working to improve both our communication and overall experience.

They go above and beyond just good customer service!! We will be customers for as long as we’re blessed with our Harvey!!! He still licks his bowl clean after 2+ years with Ollie 🫶

It noticeably improved Yoshi's life!

First, old Yoshi loves his dinner. Also, In the past 90 days, his fur coat became richer, his chin acne cleared up, his eyes became more lustrous, and his activity level became puppylike. Now if only I could eat it!!

Tay was great

Tay was great. I felt comfortable asking the questions I had and didn't feel like a bother. Only complaint I have is with the company. I ordered through an ad and was given the promotion of the best shaped bowl and that isn't coming in my box due to availability. The other complaint is there isn't a multi dog discount. I have 7 dogs and would like to be able to afford to have them all on y'alls food.

Ollie delivers when it counts!

What a relief! Our pup Winnie enjoys the variety of the flavors. However, she only eats Ollie. She’s been eating it since eight weeks old. We love it too.It’s very easy to serve and store. As a growing pup It’s become a stable of her everyday diet to continue healthy growth and development through balanced nutrition. We recently ran low as she was going through a growth, spurt and eating more than her usual. It was so easy to go on the app and get a delivery and just a couple days so she had no lapse in her preferred food. Which is essential at her stage of life I was so grateful for the quick delivery service and easy to use app. It wasn’t complicated to switch the delivery date and update her menu.
