One Stop Grow Shop Reviews 

I purchased a secret jarden monkey fan from one stop grow shop after being recommended to use these guys by a friend of mine on the 4th of november, just under a month old and the wires have rubbed on the fan itself when oscillating making a hole in the wire causing the unit to blow. I was unable to contact one stop until the 9th of December 5 days after a month of purchasing this bit of equipment due to other priorities with my daughter being born.

I was asked to return this item and wait two weeks until I had a replacement. This time scale alone is unreasonable for such a cheap but important peice of equipment let alone one stop not even acknowledging this being a pretty serious fire hazard with thousands of pounds of equipment in a room. This should be a straight replacement not a two week wait, I sent clear evidence of blackening on the unit where the wires rubbed together through both videos and pictures as well as the fan not working. The fan has no purpose other than the bin. For £30 it's not worth the risk of my electric tripping without warning or worse loosing my equipment to a fire.

Lesson is if it ain't broke don't fix it, back to the grow works for me.

Great service fast delivery was an issue with the order whence it arrived but I called and had a replacement order sent out in less than 30 seconds overall a brilliant service considering every other business takes 3-5 working days to even reply the lady I spoke to on the phone spoke really clear was lovely all in all will use this service again

Do not order anything online to get anything delivered by these people. First they say things are in stock when they aren't then dont let you know for days, to top it off they use DX express.delivery service these guys are cowboys and make Evri and Yodel look like DHL. They say delivery has been attempted, even though they don't make any effort to actually come to your property, you then get an email saying they can't access your property so they will rearrange delivery for the next day. Same thing happens and you never get your items. Customer service from OSGS was poor and they won't offer a refund until they get the items back (if they ever do) so I'm being made to wait for their incompetence. If OSGS ever decide to change from these cowboys then maybe I'll use them again. Until then I'll be taking my business to companies who actually get items to customers.

Every aspect of dealing with this company has been above and beyond.
From the initial purchase, advise given and the impeccable customer service from all the team, especially Beth!
Unfortunately, i had an item become faulty, but this was quickly resolved by the team.
I can highly recommended using this company.

Exceptional Service from the the Customer Service team re. A lighting unit that was out of stock. This was for the full team in terms of call handles but I’d like to put particular emphasis on the help from Beth via email. Incredibly polite, super helpful, she went above and beyond to find the equipment I needed and answer questions I had for alternative solutions offered. Her communication with me was always proactive and I she put me completely at ease in relation to the queries and sourcing of my order. The service she gave on behalf of one stop grow shop was so great I later made an additional order for a few hundred pounds because she made me trust the company and consider them incredibly reliable. No doubt she is an asset to the team. Will be using one stop grow shop again a lot more regularly now thanks to her.

Delivery was very quick and it was easy to install. Last but not least I bought it at a small reduced price, which can.t be bad!

Placed an order for terploc bags and upon opening found that one had a split in it so took pics and emailed that night had a reply first thing the next morning with the resolution to send another one out and received it 48hrs later first class service and couldn’t have asked for more !!!

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere thanks to the staff member who assisted me on the shop floor on 28/08/24. I visited the store to pick up a few items and mentioned that my crops were looking sickly and struggling. Keiran has been very helpful with changing my order as I had mistakenly ordered the wrong thing. Everything was delivered on time and discreetly packaged. Can't fault this company, will be using again.
