Lovely carpet and quick delivery … had a issue with delivery driver who was unhelpful and would only leave it outside in the garden , after contacting online carpets they resolved the issue , happy with the customer service I received and happy with the carpet

Amazing ftrom start to finish, carpets are a great quality for the price. Delivery easy eith a live tracker. This is the second carpet I've ordered from them and will order more when needed.

Very quick and easy service to choosing to the payment screen.They maybe a option if you would like to pay for a quicky delivery,as I had to wait a whole week from the time from my order .Plus maybe not to put the carpet on a cardboard roll,as it's left a crease in mine right near door as unrolled,think this was due to where the end over lapped on roll when rolled up.
We love the carpet and it was a excellent price .

Horrific customer service and experience. Avoid at all costs. Placed order for delivery 2 weeks ago, despite confirmation emails and time slot allocated for 1st delivery, email on morning of delivery to confirm the carpet "wasnt loaded on the van"... annoyingly a week later for redelivery, date not picked by me and the delivery driver arrives with no stock on van after arranging for someone to be at property and help. Yes you have to get involved with the delivery as they only send one person so no good if you're not physical able to help a 50kg carpet.

Two wasted days waiting, 2 weeks wasted and still no carpet, only today they admit its not in stock. If not in stock it was a never a case of "not loading on van" in the first place, staff never advised delays was due to it not being in stock. No customer honesty there. Staff just point you to irrelvant T&Cs, no empathy, no understanding of customer frustration or expectations set by company not being met.

All chasing done by me, not one person from Online Carpets has called to at any point apologise. I guess the only positive is that AI will provide a better customer service experience in the not to distant future... it cant get any worse!

Update following a request for review. My order was cancelled, I'm waiting on a refund. Ive shared details internally on this 3 times already. The company have wasted enough of my time. The response back about checking an item before installation is totally irrelevant... I didnt receive my order on the two scheduled days they set and shared tracking for. Utter incompetence across the whole business.
