Online Carpets Reviews

Fantastic carpets at an amazing price! Delivery team were excellent too. Will be recommending to any friends and family looking for new carpets 🥰

Sorted out an issue for me satisfactorily.

Everyone was friendly and helped me decide what to do. It was cheap and good value.

I ordered many samples to compare which made choosing my floor very easy.
Very happy with my choice.

The price was better, compared to a retail shop (was even better without the sales person). The process from ordering samples, to delivery was easy and without any issues. The delivery tracking was great and kept you up-to-date (including a delivery time slot), the delivery driver was nice and helpful. We've already recommended Online Carpets to a friend and we will be very happy to order again from them.

Ordering was easy, delivery was quick. Floor is excellent value for money and was easy for me to lay myself. Looks really good quality when down. Highly recommend for Lino or carpet

Fantastic quality . I was late getting to my daughters home for the delivery due to the traffic but the driver was amazing and said he’d wait for me to arrive

Fantastic price, very good quality, delivered very quickly, I definitely will be recommending online carpets to friends and family

3rd carpet I've bought, good quality, great delivery.

Easy to order, good price and very efficient delivery

Ordered and was delivered real quick note to self don’t go for cheap you’ll get cheap my fault I got vinyl so thin and it ripped a little other then that it’s hideable and I’m inlove for the price to of your doing your place on a budget

Really happy with the service & it’s a lovely soft carpet. Definitely would use them again & much cheaper.

Excellent service Excellent quality carpet and delivered with care

My carpet arrived today, just finished laying it, leaves lovely hoover lines and is good quality considering I paid 5 pound per m. Very happy with my first time purchase from online carpets took about a week to come but was worth the wait and was a good price as well. Very happy thank you. Delivery man was happy and helpful.

Delivery was quick, quality of flooring is amazing 👏

I was really impressed with the price and quality of the product and would definitely recommend

Once again superb service delivered on time specified and product in excellent condition. The delivery man also very polite and helpful

Excellent service

Good online shop, colours matched the screen shot, quality of carpet was as described so no shocks on arrival. All in all a great experience, would definitely purchase from them again.
