Would have preferred to give no stars. Contacted them when they came top of the list calling themselves OnlineHM Land Registry. They then came up as Online LandRegistry. Nothing to do with the official Land Registry so DO NOT USE. Not Scam as such as they will do the work but talk you into spending excessive amount . I cancelled when I realised they were NOT Land Registry and still charged me £700.despite cancelling within two days. Wish I had never gone on to their site. Will not refund me despite requests . Can’t believe any company would treat an 83 year old widow in this way. RE your reply I do not see how the paperwork was done as I was not due to talk to your solicitor for another week for him to get my id etc. And I have received NO refund at all from you despite repeated requests for you to look at this again
Still have received no ‘goodwill gesture’ from this company. They are still keeping my £700. DO not believe anything they say.

Our Conveyancing Pack includes professional preparation of the required Land Registry forms, administrative checks, and tailored guidance through the application process. This fee is separate from HM Land Registry’s own statutory fees, which apply only to direct applications handled personally by the applicant.
In your case, the documents were prepared, verified, and dispatched in line with the 48-hour service you selected. As the service had already been completed and the documents delivered, the order no longer qualified for a full cancellation under our Terms, which comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Regulation 36).

Nothing went wrong, but I cannot belief the eye watering fee you charge for deleting my bereaved wife from our documents. Life is hard enough without her, then LR cashes in. Extraordinary!

Total con. You can buy the exact same thing from the real official site for a fraction of what these people charge. They took £61 from me for something that costs £24 on the genuine website. They hide behind a .org.uk domain to look legitimate, and I fell for it — but don’t make the same mistake.They are not official. They are not genuine. They are exploiting people.
Stay far, far away from them.

Using the Land Registry web site was simple and easy
Using the Land Registry web site was easy and simple to use to obtain the information required using some drop down menu's. It was also quick.
When I had a query after using the web site I called the Land Registry where my inquiry was immediately resolved.

I believed I was dealing with the Land…
I believed I was dealing with the Land Registry. Your site is a misleading in the extreme and it cost me nearly 10 times what the official Land Registry would have charged. As a pensioner, I am gutted.
