I order a product that was supposed be delivered in two weeks

I order a product that was supposed to be delivered in two weeks. After 3 weeks and three emails later, the company said it would expedite the shipment. 10 days after that the product arrived. So, beyond having a product take over one month to be delivered, I left a three star review of the product on their web site.
My review was never posted so I contacted Oronova and they said they never received it. I did another review and that review was never post either.
I contacted support twice and they never responded.
It appears Oronova only posts four/five star reviews and nothing lower.
Disappointing.

I recently bought my wife a “gift”…..

I recently bought my wife a little present from Oronova, but when I received it it didn’t work. I immediately sent an email, with a video, showing them it didn’t work properly. To my surprise, I heard back immediately, stating, the video was helpful, and that a new one would be sent out to me. Well, I received the “gift” today, and I’m happy to say it is in working order.
Oronova’s Customer Service was outstanding, and you really can’t say that about a lot of companies anymore. Great service, and as for the present for my wife. It’s EXCELLENT!!

Risky Proposition

I purchased from Oronova before and had a problem with delivery. After a lot of back and forth, the issue was resolved and another product was sent and received. So you'd think they wouldn't make the same mistake again. And you'd be wrong! The company they shipped with does not notify you that it's out for delivery. The delivery supposedly was made, but I was home all day and didn't receive a thing. The shipper doesn't have an email or telephone number to contact. Actually, there's a number for several companies but you don't know which was responsible for the shipment. When I did contact a company, they didn't speak English. When I asked for someone who did speak English, that person told me they weren't the shipper and hung up on me. This customer service is severely lacking. I have found the selection of products at this company to be better than others but I won't be ordering from them anymore due to the shipping issues. I'm out of $100 (USD) with no product! Never again.

As for the reply from Oronova, I received photos and info from them only AFTER I'd contacted them about my package. Their response was to ask me if I'd looked around the property and to check any available surveillance--as if I was too clueless and wouldn't have the sense to do that before contacting them. then told me to contact the delivery company, which never responded After many emails, they agreed to resend the package. I emailed and asked for tracking information. I sent the same request twice. I also contacted their delivery company asking for tracking info. The delivery company NEVER responded. I finally got a response from Oronova with tracking info a few days later. THAT info indicated the package was delivered 4 days before--no notification it had been delivered. either via email or text on the day it was delivered. NO WORD AT ALL UNTIL AFTER MULTIPLE MESSAGES FROM ME ASKING FOR TRACKING INFO--and guess what, no package on the porch even though I had been looking trying to guess when it was coming.

No, Oronova isn't responsible for the actions of the employees of their delivery company or third party companies. They are, however, responsible for whom the choose to delivery their products. You'd think after hearing customers have continuous problems with deliveries, they'd use someone else! I mean UPS and FedEx both deliver internationally. Why not offer that service? I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this company any longer for those looking for adult products. I accept the financial loss as a lesson learned. I won't be burned again. Use them at your own risk.

Do Not Trust Oronova Affiliate Program – They Won’t Pay You

I generated confirmed affiliate sales for Oronova, but the commissions remain unpaid. I have reached out to them regarding the payment, but the issue has not been resolved.

Paying affiliates for valid referrals should be a basic part of any affiliate partnership. Unfortunately, this experience has been extremely disappointing.

Affiliates should be cautious when working with this program.

I'm surprised it's actually good

I'm surprised it actually a good product. It took way too long to get here even though it was in the USA it went to different states before mine. Also it doesn't have an instruction for the modes of the product so it's a trial and error thing

YOU'VE BEEN WARNED......

In response to Oronova reply, in the United Kingdom under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 section 20, the trader must pay the reasonable cost of returning faulty goods that you reject within the time limit. This overrides their own returns policy, Pay with PayPal or Credit card to be fully protected. And they don't answer their emails.

Never received my product they claim…

Never received my product they claim they shipped it but if they did I never received. The company didn't even care they said call shipping company. I did the shipping company say call the company. I stopped my payments bc im not paying for a product i never received. This has been an ongoing investigation since June and still not resolution. This company clearly scam people and dont care about their customers. Will report them to Better Business Bureau immediately.

Scam! Avoid at all costs. Failed to deliver a product then won't issue a refund as it was "delivered" but it wasn't to the correct address. They don't care about customers at all just want money! Ongoing issue that's still not been resolved as they won't take responsibility of failing to comply with trading standards

I made an order 6 days ado and it says it is still being delivered. I am going to call my bank and ask for a chargeback this is ridiculous!!!

6 days and all it says is it’s on its way!!!

Seems like a scam to me avoid this website!!!!

I place order on June 26th. Never received a tracking number until June 29th. The email said delivered June 29th but the tracking website say no tracking number found. So this company scammed me. I keep emailing about my order and they keep giving me the link to track it. But clearly they didn't ship it. Will never purchase from this company again.

I waited weeks for my order to arrive…

I waited weeks for my order to arrive and when I finally did receive my order it didn't work. I've been trying to get the return address details from the with no joy. Yes they have asked for a viedo what I've not sent as the item is crap and doesn't work and judging my the other reviews on here it makes no difference if you send the viedo as nobody seams to get there money back from this company. I will be contacting my credit card company to pull the payment back to get my refund. Don't waste your time or money with this company......
