The product i received was defective - HOWEVER

The customer service email was responded to within 24 hours even over the holidays. And within 2 days a replacement was on its way. The product is one thing, but what matters most to me is customer service for those rare occasions something does happen. And this company really went above and beyond in helping correct an issue.

I will be ordering again.

Product was delivered very late

Product was delivered very late. I actually canceled payment on the product since it was late arriving. Difficult to return the product. The rules for returning are not made clear early on. When I tried to pay for the product after canceling the original payment, they sent me another vibrator. I didn’t even like the first vibrator.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered my products on December 2nd and never received them. Been in contact with customer service & getting the run around for a refund. I ordered their product last week and…

I ordered their product last week and never received a confirmation; however, my credit card was charged. I then requested the order confirmation using their online chat, but still nothing. Why is my credit card charged if the product is out of stock? Please email me my shipping information for the opalsway. There is no customer support phone number. If they have one, they can post it here.

I have revised my review on Jan 7. I had looked at this product before and must have used my wife's email when I first saw it. The confirmation and receipt were sent to her email instead of mine, which spoiled her surprise. I entered mine when I purchased the product. It arrived the day after Christmas. As far as I could tell, it worked as advertised, but I don't think she has tried it out yet. It needs to charge overnight, so don't plan on opening it and using it immediately.
