Timeliness of receiving my order.

Fantastic company and products. I purchased a log swing and it came quickly and in perfect condition. Customer service was great and they even shipped for free. I will definitely be purchasing from them in the future. A company that cares about its customers is rare but these guys do.

I worked with John on ordering our furniture. He was extremely helpful with getting colors right between types of items, and providing more information on specific items. It was a large order for us, and we really appreciated the time spent with us.

I had a small order for some furniture touch-up paint. John reached out to me and left a message to make sure I understood the 2-step process required, which I was unaware of. I spoke with Holly the next day and she was extremely helpful. This is the type of Customer Service every company should use as a model for best in class service. I will absolutely shop with them again and I highly reccomend them!!

We purchased the two seat swing. Construction went fine with provided directions. An electric driver is a must, to simplify and speed up the assembly. Had 6, all ages, say the seats are comfortable, no complaints. From purchase to usage, all was appreciated.

Your company emailed and called to be sure I was aware that the sling I ordered would only fit Woodard Brand furniture and I wasn’t sure it was Woodard. I asked for refund and it was issued within an hour. They could have sent sling and let it be my loss but they didn’t do that! I’m very impressed with their honesty!

It been a month since I received an email that my order had been approved. Since I have gotten no notice about my order.
