Quality table and chairs
Furniture was as advertised. Very sturdy and comfortable. Packaged very well. Took myself (63 y.o. Woman) and a friend about 3 hours to put together the table and four chairs. Everything fit together well, just needed an extra pair of hands! Looking forward to many years of use!

While our cedar potting bench is nice…
While our cedar potting bench is nice and sturdy, there are a couple of pieces that are splintered so clearly quality control was not 100%. We arranged these so that they do not show but it was disappointing considered the price.

The planter box is well made
The planter box is well made, but your use of spray foam as a packing method is appalling. Wasteful and a hassle to dispose of.

Thank you for your comment. These planters as well as about a dozen other items we represent are made by a shop in ID that ships them already completed with no assembly or very little assembly needed on your part.
Over the years they have sustained an extreme amount of damage due to the lack of care by the carriers. So that our customer's could receive items in the condition they expect, the hard decision was made to package and ship this way. This was after exhausting a number of other packaging strategies.
We are so sorry for the inconvenience in getting into the box but do hope that you enjoy your planters for many years.

Well built beautiful gate

Purchased a replacement for a table…
Purchased a replacement for a table purchased around 25 years ago. It spent the last ten years with no protection from Northern weather and finally started to go. Two chairs purchased at the same are under an outdoor roof and doing fine. Happy to find the same style is still available.
