This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. After waiting 4 months for a delivery that was meant to be within 30 days, the consignment arrived with only hours of notice and only comprised 3 of the 4 boxes (all in a battered state), listed on the con note. Throughout the whole process I was attempting to communicate my need to understand when the delivery was expected and when the full consignment could be provided; with wholly unsatisfactory responses via their ticketing system.
The rating of this company would be strongly negative if that was an option.

I ordered an item in February 2026 and paid for it. After many ridiculous ticket messages going back and forth. It is now towards mid-July and I still haven't received my item. And I can't get a refund. There is no one to talk to as the phone number is an automated robot. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact via email but get same old answer every time. There is no tracking number or courier name. Biggest scam I have ever (only) been ripped off by. And for a considerable amount of dollars. Not happy. Disgusted.

I had a great experience purchasing furniture from this store. The product looks beautiful feeels sturdy, and match the description very well. The design is morden and fits perfectly in my home

There own reviews are untruthful. Every corresponder gives a 5 star review. The reality there is little to no support, no means of tracking an order, no means to review quality of goods prior to commitment. After 8 weeks no response and no delivery.

Hubby bought a "nursing chair" took 7 months to arrive with him constantly emailing asking for delivery tracking.
When it finally arrived it was such poor quality, the Ottoman was a pathetic little cushion not suitable as an Ottoman and the chair is terrible quality and really small. You'd think it was ordered off of Temu.
Can't be used as a nursing chair but I guess my daughter can use it one day...
I don't recommend buying from this site. BUYER BEWARE!

I agree with a lot of the other reviews here. Will never buy from this company again. Took over 6 months for the product to get here and even then it's made from cheap materials and the instructions are terrible. Tempted to bin the product and buy from a reputable brand.

Another one here to say whatever you don't order from them.
Straight dropshipped from China.
Unable to be assembled as no instructions.
They then provide a YouTube video of it being assembled in China.
The panels in the video do not match panels received
Kafkaesque ticket support system.
Bank involved and finally received charge back.
Asked them to come and pick up product and they no longer respond.

don't use this company. I brought and paid for a wall unit back in April and numerous phone calls, text messages, emails to find out where my item was fell on deaf ears. All they would do was generate a ticket and nothing more. So, I reported the problem to Fair Trading and then got onto my bank, which was marvellous as they were able to get my complete refund back from them. After I had tried for months. Don't trust them and Don't use them. They will take your money and give you stress that you don't need.

They are a scam company. I ordered from them in February, and now, in July, I still haven't received my order. I've reported it to the police and also contacted the bank. I hope to get my money back. Everyone should focus on reporting them. Don't let them scam other people anymore.

Do NOT buy through this company. You are dealing with an online company who never returns a phone call even after numerous requests. You can only deal with them through email or their web site. Delivery only took place when our Bank was involved to try and get a refund for a coffee table that was to be delivered within 3 months but at 5 months still had not been delivered. When we finally received the coffee table it was the WRONG product. We were lucky that a friend brought the coffee table from us as we know that getting the table returned & a refund would have been a very long & nasty process. Do not use this company.
Overall our experience with the company was very unsatisfactory & negative.

I suspect delivery by “cousins” in unmarked trucks.

Goods inferior quality. Would regard this entity as a Chinese import shop front, hence extended delivery times and no delivery tracking.

My items have not arrived, after having waited 4 weeks for the anticipated delivery time, a further 4 weeks have gone by without delivery. When I replied to their initial email, as per there instructions if I had any questions, they advised that I had to raise an "order related enquiry" via there customer support centre. The link to their website and customer support cenre did not work, so I was unable to raise this enquiry.
When I again used the only email available an automatically generated email again directed me to a webpage that does not work.

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but purchasing from this company has been one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had. If I could give them -1000 stars, I would. In my opinion, this company is a scam, and I would strongly advise anyone against purchasing from them.
I purchased an L-shaped office desk for $760. It took more than three months to arrive, and when it finally did, it was left outside overnight in the rain.
What I received was nothing like what I ordered. There were no assembly instructions, no labels on the parts, and all of the screws were thrown into a single bag with no indication of where they belonged. It was simply a pile of wooden pieces, and it didn't even appear that there were enough parts to build the desk I had purchased.
When I contacted customer support asking for the correct assembly instructions, I was sent a two-minute video and a few pages in a Word document. I was told these were the "step-by-step" instructions, even though they clearly did not match the product I had received. I repeatedly explained that the instructions were for a different desk, but I was continually told that the instructions were correct and that I should use them. It was completely unreasonable.
After weeks of getting nowhere, I requested to return the items and receive a full refund so I could buy a proper desk elsewhere. It has now been more than a month, and I have been passed from one support ticket to another with no resolution. I have even been told that I must package and return this pile of heavy materials—well over 150 kg—to Western Australia for assessment before they will consider issuing a refund.
Dealing with this company has been emotionally exhausting. The customer service has been unhelpful, the product was not as advertised, and the entire process has been incredibly stressful.
I have reported this company to Fair Trading because I believe consumers deserve better protection. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that others avoid purchasing from this company.

Absolutely disgraceful experience. I ordered a coffee table from Oz Home Hub three months ago, paid in full, and it still has not arrived.

The company provides no meaningful updates and appears to ignore every attempt to contact them. Each time I follow up, I am told to create another support ticket, but the tickets go unanswered and nothing is resolved. This is not customer service. It is a repeated cycle designed to delay and avoid responsibility.

When I contacted the company through Facebook, instead of responding to my concerns, they immediately blocked me from their social media. That behaviour is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about how this business treats customers who publicly question missing orders.

After reading the large number of similar reviews from other customers, it is disturbing that this company continues taking payments while people wait months without receiving their products or refunds.

In my experience, this business operates in a way that feels deceptive and completely untrustworthy. I strongly advise people not to order from Oz Home Hub. I will be reporting the matter to NSW Fair Trading and other relevant consumer protection authorities.

6 Months and still no delivery, no customer service response, incorrect tracking information. I do not recommend this company. It doesn't even deserve one star. I threatened to report them to the ACCC and still no response!

My experience with OZ Home Hub was extremely disappointing.

After paying for my order, I waited nearly three months without receiving it. During that time, I contacted customer service numerous times requesting an update. Unfortunately, I never received any meaningful information about where my order actually was.

The company was unable to tell me:
• The current location of my parcel.
• Whether it had arrived in Australia.
• An Australia Post tracking number, if it had been handed over.
• An estimated delivery date.

Instead, I kept receiving generic responses such as “your order is progressing through the shipping process” or “it’s in the final delivery stages,” without any evidence or specific details.

After almost three months of waiting, I requested a full refund. When I still couldn’t get the issue resolved, I contacted my bank and requested a chargeback. Thankfully, my bank assisted me in recovering my money.

Based on my experience, I would not trust this website again and would not purchase from them in the future. I hope they improve their communication, transparency, and customer service so other customers don’t have the same experience.

I have waited 7 weeks so far for a delivery of a kitchen chair. I have tried to call, but received automated phone messages. Cannot speak to anyone. This company should be barred, and no one should succumb to their unprofessional hijacking of the public in relation to goods being sold! Bloody disgusting in this day and age.

Cheap Chinese knockoffs that look nothing like the photos!

Free returns doesn’t include shipping so beware had to pay $170 to return to Perth.

Even though I retuned the chairs 2 days after receiving them the refund took 3 months and only after I got my bank credit card to chase them. No one to speak to only online chat and emails.

Stay away I told you so.

Took 10 weeks for a shoe bench to arrive. 3 weeks late. Then they sent the wrong size item. Have raised tickets and emails. Very hard to resolve. This is not a genuine Australian company based on my experience. Poor Delivery service, incorrectly item sent. Difficult customer service - cannot speak to anyone.

I would never recommend this company to anyone, I paid $1400 for a large french style cupboard it took months for delivery, I tried to call many times to find out a delivery date they will not help you to the point they flag your number as an already existing customer and you cannot talk to someone only can email and expect a possible response in three days so it says, months later they dump 3 crates in my front yard, the largest one was 71kg and nailed together with a timber frame around every box with metal corners nearly impossible to break into,, I get it all inside piece by piece eventually after using a sledge hammer and a chisels and hammer to break into the crates, then there's no instructions... cannot get a response again, emailed, called on a different number and sent a ticket bullshit thing in, so now my loungeroom is full of parts of furniture and nothing I can do apart from throw $1400 in the bin or hire someone remove all 250kg of it.
