We had an overall very positive experience from start to finish as we was unsure as to what to expect. As a family we felt listened to, especially my child who was able to share how she was feeling. Communication was very good and the report was very accurate. Thankyou for your support as a team and the recommendations that have been given which are important in being able to support our child going forwards.

From start to finish, Paloma has been amazing! Communication was perfect, emails were responded to within a day, we received an update email each week for webinars/information etc, reassuring us we hadn’t been forgotten about. The whole process was extremely quick. Lovely, kind and compassionate staff members that really took note, to which everything was written in the final report. Our lovely EP, Lynsey, took extra time to explain things to me in our parents call- nothing felt rushed. Honestly cannot fault Paloma! Service, communication and professionalism is incredible. We went down the right to choose pathway and they read all the reports from professionals and also did their own assessment of our child. We got a diagnosis. The wait time was only roughly around 4 or 5 months after submitting the on boarding questions. The staff we're really great. Would definitely recommend Paloma health rather than the standard CFHD which waiting times for CFHD can be very long. After getting a diagnosis we can now put in place extra help for when our child starts school.

Both of my children were referred via the GP to paloma via the RTC pathway. One having been on the CAMHS waiting list for 4 years. The referrals went through quickly, the questionnaires for both us and school being sent out within a week of referral. Once accepted the appointments for the parent interviews and child observations were made within in a week. Once these had taken place the outcome reports and appointments were scheduled in a couple of weeks and the outcome appointments were very detailed with extra signposting for more support.

From start to finish the process took less then 6 weeks. I met 4 of the Paloma clinicians and all 4 of them were really kind, compassionate, knowledgable and caring people. The child observations were very thorough but also fun for the children. I was worried about these not being in person but it was absolutely fine, if not better then in person as my kids were very relaxed and able to chat to the clinician without being overwhelmed by a clinical atmosphere.

I have already added our children to the list to be notified when the ADHD assessments will be available. I cannot fault Paloma health, it has been a seamless experience throughout. Thank you!

Paloma Health has provided an outstanding service during the ASD assessment process. The practitioners are incredibly knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. I felt listened to and this was so important to me.

From start to finish we had a great experience. Contacting Paloma is a little challenging sometimes but apart from that part I cannot fault them. The assessments are very thorough and staff are very kind and give you as much time as needed. Overall I would definitely recommend Paloma to others. The assesment was very quick but thorough. Although our school fed back they had no concerns over autism they don't pay too much attention to what school says and they look at the overall picture and are mindful that children can mask a lot at school.

From GP appointment to begin the process, until outcome appointment the journey took just 3 months with continuous and clear communication throughout. We felt at ease throughout what was expected to be a very overwhelming and daunting process. Would highly recommend Paloma Health to anyone concerned about their child having Autism.

The process was planned nicely with modules accessable to explain every step. The staff who did are interviews were lovely and didn't rush us. It was a short waiting time compared to others. The outcome report was in good detail and very informative. Would highly recommend

Worry about your children when you see they are different and asking the school and them saying he ok but you know he not them we had the referral from the doctor to paloma Health and how excellent they deliver what we was seeing lovely people I can not tank them enough the relief is of my shoulders my wives no we can get to help that we need for my child thank you so much paloma Health

From start to finish we were informed about everything. Wait times, forms received etc. I chose Paloma Health as shorter waiting times and had option of face to face or virtual and I wanted a face to face. The 2 members of staff that saw through our virtual appointment and face to face appointment (Christopher S and Katy J) were absolutely fantastic. Would highly recommend Paloma Health to anyone wanting a fast but in depth assessment with people that makes the experience less stressful and make you feel listened too.

The staff we experienced were friendly and supportive. They explained everything every step of the way. The processes was straight forward and clear with resources to support in-between. Would definitely recommend to others. We attended the Norwich clinic and feel that the face to face appointment was really beneficial for our child.

Paloma health were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The assessors were so lovely and warm , they made it very easy to feel relaxed and talk . Excellent experience. Great communication, fast pathway that provided an ASD diagnosis in 6months. Time from referral to 1st online appointment was 2 months.
Practitioners were lovely, professional and knowledgeable.
