Absolutely fantastic service - in person, communication and online support modules. The whole process was not stressful at all and the report we received was very informative, supportive and a good profile of our son's challenges. The recommendations were clear for us and his school.

I have just used Paloma health for both my son and daughters ASD assessments. They were wonderful, so straight forward, easy ,quick and had so much patience with my son who really struggled with anxiety. Highly recommend them . It only took 4 months from seeing the GP to the parent assessment, child observation and the outcome . Amazing. Thank you Paloma health 🙏

I honestly have nothing negative to say about Paloma, two of my children have had their assessments through Paloma Health and was positive both times. The staff were lovely and made both my boys feel comfortable and at ease, they didn't feel pressured into doing anything they didn't want to, the ladies were very patient and friendly. The whole process has been quick and stress free, one of my children was on the remote pathway where we could do it online in the comfort of our own home. The regular updates via email/text to keep us in the loop of waiting times and the modules sent for more information, support and advice. 10/10 and would recommend Paloma for any other parents in my position.

We made a right to choose request through our GP for our 7 year old son and the whole process took just over 2 months, it was super quick and very easy! The remote pathway worked amazingly well for us, as the assessor was able to meet our son in his home environment, so he felt comfortable just being himself and didn't have the stress and anxiety traveling to an unfamiliar place. The assessors were brilliant, very kind and patient during my son's interview and were able to answer all of my questions during my interview. The written report that we received was such an accurate representation of our son, and the recommendations were so helpful in knowing what to do next! Thank you for making the whole process so easy and stress free!

We can't recommend Paloma Health enough! They keep you informed all the way through the process. You get access to information about every stage of the process and what to expect. The staff were very friendly, supportive and honest. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Very quick turn around time. Friendly and patient assessor who took on my advice so my child would engage. My son has ADHD aswel as autism now diagnosed. I thought they may struggle to diagnose with his ADHD traits coming through more but they didn't and could see past that.

After being ignored by the school and then waiting over 2 years for an assessment with the local team we asked for a referral to Paloma, as they also specialise in female masking. Best decision ever. Assessment was completed within 6 months, we had guidance and clear timeframes all the way through. First time we felt taken seriously. Brilliant.

Fantastic service. Fully informed throughout with excellent pre and post assessment resources and excellent well informed, compassionate professionals. Can't fault them and have already recommended them to other parents looking for support. Just waiting for ADHD child referrals to be accepted then I will happily use again.

I chose Paloma Health for my 7 year old son after selecting them from the right to choose pathway. Neither myself or my sons school knew what to do or expect (nor did my own GP). I am so glad I made this decision. It was 3 months from my referral to a successful diagnosis of ASD. After years of waiting, wondering & stress we now have answers & can positively move forwards to give our son (and ourselves as parents) the support we needed. Katy & Emma were fantastic, so caring, empathetic & understanding. And I cant thank the team enough for how well they have listened and just got it. Thank you so so much. I’m so grateful for Paloma Health.
From start to finish the experience was made so much easier during a stressful and upsetting time for myself and my teenage son who was struggling.
The staff were so understanding and professional at the same time.
From sourcing Paloma as our assessor to diagnosis took just 6 months.
We chose the remote pathway as it suited our needs.
I cannot praise them enough.
The detailed report we received following diagnoses was outstanding.

We had a follow up appointment to talk about the outcome and I felt a little sad to say goodbye to them.

They’ve helped myself and my son through the beginning our autism journey and will be forever grateful for their patience, professionalism and kindness.

We were reffered by our child's GP in late September 2025 and had the outcome meeting in early January 2025. It has been an incredibly quick service which we are greatful for. We were nervous in choosing virtual especially as we know our child can struggle with direction however we did not need to be . Our child was super happy when they came out of the meeting with Barbara and said she was 'a kind teacher' which is lovely. Phillipa was great in our parent meeting and outcome meeting . We felt heard , a true picture of our child was gathered and with plenty of time and we had the option of sending more proffesional reports that had arrived since our referral to the team which helped .
The report was thorough and clear next steps highlighted .
Overall a brilliant service that keeps you updated throughout the process with modules to read and support next steps . We felt we were individual and at no time did we feel like 'just another number'

After lots of chasing for the report this was sent through which was amazing but no date set for outcome meeting. Report recieved on 10th December. Upon reading the report there were a few errors in the report such as the wrong school is stated (and is a school my child has never attended!). A month down the road and changes still haven't been made to the report and still waiting for an outcome meeting. Seems like we have been completely forgotten about and they are only interested in getting new people completed.

I highly recommend Paloma Health . If you have been to your GP and like us told it would be years before you got an nhs appointment- ask about right to chose. We were initially dismissed by the nhs so keep persevering and opt for paloma helath . The wait times have been great for us , such a speedy pathway for our son but more importantly the people we encountered have been amazing !
We had an in person assessment and my son was so so worried about it but Chris was amazing with him . Lisa was fantastic with us , we understood where we were in the process and she was the 1st person to actually listen to us . I will never forget how emotional that feeling of being heard for the first time was .
