My daughter was referred for ASD assessment in June. She received her outcome in November despite a delay in school sending their feedback. We were kept updated throughout the process and the portal has clear helpful information to support your journey. Our lead clinician Gerrard was fantastic. Kind, understanding and knowledgeable. We felt heard during the parent assessment and did not felt rushed. Our daughter masks very highly but the clinician that completed the child observation was skilled in seeing through this behaviour and listened and encouraged my daughter to participate. I would highly recommend Paloma Health as a right to choose provider as their care and communication has been excellent. Thank you all.

Excellent health provider. The whole process was very smooth and they kept us up to date at every stage of the process. Communication was excellent and staff very informative and friendly. All of this made the process for myself and my child a lot easier. I cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend.

Fantastic service. Both of my children were assessed and diagnosed with autism. Information leading up to the assessment is fantastic. We used the hybrid and the remote pathway and both were brilliant.
The report is very clear and the information is very helpful to look at strategies to support them. Staff were extremely kind and supportive. They put our minds at ease throughout the process.

Absolutely amazing service. They kept us in the loop at every step of the way. The clinicians were lovely, patient and understanding.
The report at the end was through, they captured out daughter perfectly, recognised her masking and recommended loads of resources to benefit us all in the future. Would highly recommend to any family sourcing an autism assessment!

The whole process was fantastic. We were informed throughout of what was happening and what was going to happen in the next stage of the journey. We were provided with helpful reading links and assured that if we had any questions we could always reach out to the Paloma team. Everybody was very friendly and approachable and my son was put at ease by the clinicians he spoke with.

From start to finish everything was really easy with Paloma Health. The process was quick with support available whenever you need it. The clinicians were knowledgeable and put both myself and my son at ease. The report is so thorough, easy to understand and provides lots of information for school and next steps. Would definitely recommend if looking for a RTC provider.

Excellent communication all the way through, from managing expectations about waiting times, reminders about the meetings and then with the final report. Both clinicians were lovely and made the process easy. The extra information and pointers to websites for further reading and extra support if needed were also very helpful.

Even thought my son didn’t get a diagnosis the process was brilliant even unbelievable in my eyes. I had an ADHD diagnosis done locally with my local community paediatric and the report wasn’t informative. Paloma done a thorough in depth investigation. The fact a psychologist interacted with my son and gave insight the report was interesting to read

I would of left 5 stars But as I'm no expert I couldn't see any room for improvement there must be some areas where Paloma could do better But I couldn't see it,all together it was a lot easier than I expected .

Really happy with the RTC service provided by Paloma Health. My daughter’s whole assessment was done in 28 weeks from initial referral to outcome call. Clinicians were absolutely brilliant, went out of their way to put us all at ease and we received a very thorough report detailing her needs and recommendations at the end. Highly recommend Paloma Health to other parents looking for autism assessments.

We used Paloma Health to help with my daughters autism diagnosis and found the service helpful, understanding and generally great service.

We had a very positive experience with Paloma Health from start to finish. They are efficient and empathetic. The process took 6 months. Compared to the 5 years we’ve been waiting for our local service. The communication was consistent throughout and the assessors were knowledgeable and kind.

We had a really good experience. We were referred by our GP in March and were seen in September. We had been on the waiting list since 2021. The Paloma staff were very helpful and understanding. Nothing felt rushed. My son was very anxious, but he relaxed once the clinician started talking. The team meeting and follow-up meeting were really helpful. For the first time, I felt listened to, and the clinician was amazing. At the end, they sent us a lot of helpful information on where to go next.

Lied in all report of assessment. Said my child could do things when couldn’t. Then tried to say because was at least 2 years behind developmental. 5 other siblings with asd and adhd so I know what I am talking about. Eldest being 22. Asked them to relook at all the information and check the video assessment as the report I received was not the same as the assessment that took place, 3 months later and still waiting for them to review it all. They keep saying they are then after 10 days when they say I will hear something and I email back because I don’t, I get the same reply. Very poor service and don’t like being lied too.

The staff were really friendly and supported our family throughout the whole process. The clinician was very understanding of my brother, and loved seeing his teddy seagulls, that he carries everywhere. The observation wasn't rushed and my brother was able to feel relaxed and listened to. The whole service was really quick and helpful. I would definitely recommend this for a calm and professional experience.
