Very disappointing experience from start to finish.

I ordered a custom watch strap after carefully following the sizing instructions provided on the website. Before production, the company even contacted me to ask which stitching colour I wanted, and I specifically requested tone-on-tone stitching.

When the strap arrived, I was surprised to find that:

* the requested stitching was completely missing,
* the colour was significantly darker and browner than expected,
* and the fit was incorrect despite me following their sizing guidance carefully.

I immediately contacted customer service and provided photographs showing the issues. To their credit, they responded quickly at first and requested additional pictures and measurements. However, what followed was several weeks of back-and-forth emails with no meaningful resolution.

At one stage, I was told my case had been escalated to management for approval. After waiting again, the final proposal was that I purchase a completely new strap with only a 30% discount. In other words, despite the missing stitching and other concerns, I was expected to pay again to receive the product I originally ordered.

What I found particularly frustrating was that the website prominently advertises "60-Day Hassle-Free Returns", which gave me confidence when placing the order. However, when I raised concerns that the delivered item did not match the agreed specifications, this policy did not appear to apply in practice.

Another aspect that disappointed me was the company's presentation. The website gave me the impression that I was dealing with a UK-based business. During the process, it became apparent that the strap was manufactured in China, which was not what I expected when making the purchase. Greater transparency regarding manufacturing location and customer service arrangements would have been appreciated.

Throughout the entire process I remained polite, patient, and cooperative. I supplied photographs, measurements, and responded promptly to every request. Despite this, after several weeks I was left without a satisfactory resolution and ultimately had to raise a formal dispute with my card provider.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Hab meine Bestellung reklamiert und denen zurück geschickt und gebeten das Geld zurück zu erstatten . die wolltenkontoauszüge und andere sachen haben.hab ich alles gemacht.
das war Dezember 2025 und wir haben heute März 2026 und ich hab weder das Geld zurück erstattet bekomme noch eine Rückmeldung von denen noch irgendetwas.leute passt auf das sind Betrüger.bloß nichts bestellen

Die Qualität der Ware ist schlecht. Die goldene Farbe wirkt dermaßen billig und die Glieder des Armbandes erinnern an eine Kette an der Türsicherung. Eine Bestellnummer scheint nicht zu existieren, was die Rücksendung massiv erschwert. Statt auf das ursprüngliche Zahlungsmittel, in meinem Fall die Kreditkarte, zurück zu überweisen, werden Handynummer und IBAN verlangt. Mit diesen Daten lässt sich mühelos Schindluder betreiben. Es entsteht ein absolut unseriöses Gefühl. Telefonisch existiert kein Support. Nach meiner Einschätzung würde ich sagen: „ Finger weg!“

Der Kundenservice dieses Online-Shops ist aus meiner Sicht mangelhaft. Auf konkrete Fragen wird nur mit standardisierten E-Mails geantwortet, die inhaltlich überhaupt nicht auf das Anliegen eingehen.Auch die Lieferzeiten sind unzuverlässig und deutlich länger als angekündigt. Positiv ist lediglich, dass die Ware liebevoll verpackt war.Allerdings sind die regulären Preise, sofern es sich nicht um Aktionsangebote handelt, eindeutig überzogen und stehen in keinem fairen Verhältnis zu Leistung und Service. Unter diesen Umständen kann ich den Shop leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Bestellung wurde nicht zugestellt. Auf Kulanz wartet man vergebens. Kundensupport antwortet nach Tagen. Versand erfolgt per DHL Kleinpaket. Absicherung beträgt weinger als den Wert der Ware.
Jetzt bleibe ich auf den Kosten sitzen!!

Really bad experience with this shop . I ordered a strap with Express what cost like 30 € more , but to now after one week nothing. Is still in process my order , I don’t become any e mail . This was the first and last time that I ordered here something…..
For me this is a scam from consumers …..

I orderd a Panerai strap on the April 4th as a birthday present for my friend and i even mailed them asking how long it would take so i knew if i should be getting it on time or if i needed to buy something else so i didn't come without a gift, and ive heard NOTHING, and it has not changed in its status. Now its the 15th and ive mailed them ONE MORE TIME since I've not heard back from them and im getting tired of lazy people that doesn't take any of their work seriously. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! Pay the extra small amount and get it from Amazon instead. Quicker, easier and less hassle, and then you can get better help too.

Not gonna lie the strap I got for my Rolex feels better than the original. Fit was spot on and feels premium. Shipping took some days but worth the wait TBH.............
