Company have headquater in London but ships from China, expect a month deliverytime. Wouldnt have bought if this was clear on their website.

No credit refund policy rules on website when asking for cancellation - having problems to log in at the website and getting your email is not recognized message - ordered a wrong strap and want to cancel - no response to my email!
12.2.24: I have been contacted by Parts for watch after they have read this review. They promised me to activate refund and today I have received back my payment. They will add the cancel order policy at their website. I am increasing the number of stars to three!

Paid for an express delivery Saturday January 27 for a wristband but didn’t hear from them until I reached out to have a status on my order Tuesday where they promised to get back with a tracking number the following day… of course nothing happened.
I reached out again today, this time with a request for a refund then finally I got a tracking. I paid additional for an express delivery but didn’t get any express… also the package is coming directly from China.

I ordered on 16th January 24 and my credit card was charged. To date no tracking number or advice that it has been shipped.Website is most unfriendly to try and negotiate what is going on. I just seem to go round in circles.

I made a purchase 5 days ago but no progress so far.
They claim that they ship items no more than 2 business days. The most important is that they do not respond to my messages via chat or email. Its my first time facing such problem by a seller.

I tried purchasing a strap and it took over a month to arrive. I don’t need to go into details as I had the same exact experience as everyone else with the bad reviews on this page. If I knew, I would’ve just spent the extra money on a better quality item.

Quite decent product, lousy shipping
I ordered a rather pricey OEM-pattern bracelet for my IWC Spitfire and paid for express shipping. A big mistake. It took no less than FOUR WEEKS to arrive. I'm not sure what went wrong, probably incomplete or insufficient recipient information, but the customs notice was sent almost three weeks after the package arrived in the country. This is unacceptable.
On the other hand PFW customer service was courteous and nice (even if they managed to help very little) and the product itself is amazingly good. Nice quality, solid build and with the exception of missing an "IWC" logo, virtually identical to the €2.000+ original item.
I most certainly would NOT order a leather watch strap from them based on the reviews here but I'd absolutely consider ordering another metal bracelet. Only if they got their act together with shipping I'd have no problem even recommending them. As it is, a strong maybe.

Very bad experience
I purchased a "Black Leather Strap Crocodile/Alligator Grain For Patek Philippe Nautilus 25mm".
Arrived very different from the one in the photo: very shiny leather (rather than matte) and of poor quality, similar to plastic.
The strap does not fit the watch well.
I tried to contact them several times via the form on the site but they never responded.
On the website it says "Parts for Watch 71-75 Shelton St, London, England", but the shipment comes from Hong Kong.
Very bad experience.

Goods have still not arrived!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE OBVIOUSLY SCAMMING PEOPLE!!!
I am sick and tired of being given the runaround.
I am surprised to see the amount of positive reviews - I must have done something wrong.
To be fair - the communication is quite timely, so points for that.
However, I placed two orders with company, but received no order/tracking information until I wrote to them 9/10 days later, where they of course went me this information along with a snarky little remark about me already having received this (I did not)
- They lie about the transit time (I placed my order on the 13th of November) but tracking information which is useless says that the package has been in transit for 12 days ????
- the conveniently do not inform that the items come from China
- tracking information is useless
All in all - please be careful. I am writing this even before I have received the items - which I quite honestly am not excited about any longer.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

ordered a sapphire insert for a blancpain watch nearly two weeks ago, received lots of unsolicited ads but no news of my order. tried to contact them by phone and via their "contact us" but I got nothing. went to london this week end but there was nothing at their address either ... I don't need the part anymore and asked them not to ship it and to give me a full refund.
