One of the worst customer experiences so far. Product arrived straight from AliExpress and did not fit the specified watch. Refused to refund the product despite being a $5 AliExpress copy and required me to pay for return shipping to receive a refund. Kind customer service agent but overall horrible purchase experience.

Absolutely disgusting scam of a company
I placed an order for a watch band and after waiting over a week my order still says waiting to be processed, after multiple emails questioning this I am still yet to receive a reply. please people believe every bad review you read about this company they are a cheap scam and I want a refund, I am disgusted!!

Company continually sends SPAM emails despite unsubscribing on numerous occassions. Not a company I will be buying anything from.

J'ai commandé deux bracelets chez partsforwatch.com, l'un pour une Omega Seamaster et l'autre pour une Panerai. Les deux sont arrivés bien emballés avec un suivi précis et une livraison ponctuelle. Le bracelet Panerai en particulier était d'une qualité impressionnante, comparable à l'original. Cependant, l'expérience n'a pas été aussi positive pour tout le monde. Un client a noté des soucis avec un bracelet pour Audemars Piguet, indiquant qu'il ne semblait pas authentique et n'a pas reçu de réponse pour un retour. Un autre a rencontré des problèmes de qualité et de service client, bien que la situation ait été résolue avec un remboursement rapide. Un dernier acheteur a signalé que le bracelet ne correspondait pas à la photo et a rencontré des difficultés pour obtenir une réponse du service client. Trust the negative reviews.. I REALLY Should’ve listened to the negative reviews about this company.

I ordered 3 straps for my Cartier roadster from this website.
After 1 week from payment I still didnt get any info on the shipping so I had to contact the company myself via email.
They responded and said that one of my items was out of stock.. considering it had been a week for me to get this info, It seemed like they didn’t even know about my order until I emailed them.

After receiving the shipping info I realised that my shipment was coming from china.
It’s pretty obvious this company is just there to act as a uk based entity to give customers more confidence in orders, however they actually don’t do anything other than pass your order over to a Chinese drop shipping company.

I waited a couple of weeks for the order to arrive and when it did, surprise surprise the straps did not fit my watch and were too large to fit the space by a mm or so. This wasn’t a one off as the issue was with all the straps.

I emailed them for refund details and these crooks had the cheek to get me to email them pictures and measurements of my watch so they could “improve” the product for future orders, only to then ignore any of my other contact regarding a refund which there is no question I am due.

Just a real shady amateur business posing as professional London company.

Avoid at all costs

Tissot strap delivered with parts missing that I had to take from old strap. Had to cut ends of strap to fit the watch despite strap having copy of Tissot part number on back. Since then two other issues have arisen. This is not even a decent copy of the Tissot item. I'm very disappointed and will resume my search for the genuine article.
My strap has now been replaced by the supplier.

I ordered two straps (one for Omega sea master and one for Panerai). Both arrived nicely packed, tracking was precise and delivery bang on time. Both the straps were bang on value specially the Panerai strap was as good as original. You get better than what you pay for.

Finally received my strap for a watch that I ordered. Unfortunately they should have kept it. The strap arrived and it feels and looks like plastic. The website indicates that it’s a genuine alligator band that fits an Audemars Piguet but definitely is not. Since receiving the watch band I’ve attempted to contact partsforwatch.com via email regarding returns, but of course no response. I will give this complaint a day or so in hopes of a reply. I will give an update.

There is no shipment whitin 2-3 week in Europe.
After 1 month "Your order is waiting to be processed" .

Order watch strap, no replies to emails

I should’ve listened to the multitude of reviews speaking on the issues with this “company”. I was desperate to find a strap to fit my unique situation, and this was one of the few places to seem to have an option.

Unlike others I at least received my package, but it is not the item I ordered. I ordered a 21mm “calf leather” band, it says 21mm on the band itself, but after installing both sides immediately fell off my watch. This was odd so I measured the band, and got 20mm for one side and 19mm for the other. On top of that the “calf leather” feels extremely low quality, and looks terrible as well. Finally, the company site is mainly in Euros, lists a UK address, but the order ships from China.

An extraordinarily shady “company” at best, and a complete scam at worst. Now I’m out nearly $100, can’t get a hold of anyone in “customer service” because their online submission form doesn’t work, they don’t reply to emails or Facebook messages to their business page, and the link to their social media page either doesn’t exist (IG) or goes to an account with 16 followers (FB). Stay far FAR away from this one.

Ordered a strap for PP, tried calling them several times but it seems the number is fake. I dont have messenger so I cant chat with them. Emailed them, but no response yet.
I hope this is not a scam.
ADD: Even their instagram page doesnt exist.

I ordered a glidelock clasp for my rolex deepsea on sunday 3/31/24 and today is 4/4/24 and still no tracking number nothing,i got in touch with them on messenger on Tuesday and they said check your spam for tracking and nope not there nothing and i keep texting on messenger and they dont respond no more or even emails,got Scammed,i should have read the reviews,lots of negative reviews,i hope they read this so i can get a response back

I ordered a strap last 11 Mar 2024 and it’s already 25 Mar with no communication from them. I sent them an email to give me feedback or refund my order but still no reply.
