Do not order here. Stuff doesnt even fit. Shipped from china, fake company selling bad quality. Please do not make the same mistake, money wasted..

I ordered a 24mm rubber strap for a Panerai from Parts for Watch. The quality was not initally good, but they did give me a full refund and issued a new strap free of charge

Cheap and quite fast delivery. Almost impossible to contact them for any need. They didn't answer to mails

I ordered the alligator leather bracelet for the IWC aquatimer Watch for my boyfrien’s Birthday and i am honestly dissapointed. I paid 30 euros more to have a faster shipping and it still took 2 weeks to arrived and for my surprise it was shipped from China which they dont said it on their website or at any time of the purchase. Additionally when i finally recieved it the Quality is not even acceptable it looks like plastic.. the packaging was à plastic bag not event the logo of the Brand anywhere which i find weird. One of the worst customer expériences. I dont recommend the service neither the products from This brand. Paying more than 200€ for this Quality is a JOKE.

This company is easy to deal with. They took me through the entire process of repairing a watch. The repair went very smoothly and shipping was no problem.

I was very impressed with the reputation of watch repair. My friend gave his TAG Heuer watch to a watch repair shop for repair. It's great.

Strap was received, only wish they would have a link to a video showing how to put the strap and buckle together.

I have no idea how to do it.

I wanted to cancel my order before it is was sent out to me. They replied within a day and gave me a full refund. They are polite and do their best to help the customer.

Even when I ordered the wrong size, I got offered a return or 50% of my new order.
In my email I mentioned that I ruined the screws to mount my strap.
So, Christine put a pair of screws in.
Not to forget I have ordered only once and get treated like I order every week.

I have bought different straps and clasps for my IWC, Audemars, Hublot and Cartier watches. They have always sent me good quality straps and as advertised.
In my last order I requested 2 straps for my IWCs and only 1 arrived. Christine managed the shipment of the missing one very quickly.
Highly recommended, good quality, wide variety of product and optional. I will continue buying since the prices are good, and I don't think it's worth paying what the official brands ask for a strap.

He comprado diferentes correas y cierres para mis relojes IWC, Audemars , Hublot y Cartier . Siempre me han enviado unas correas de buena calidad y de acuerdo con lo publicitado.
En mi último pedido solicité 2 correas para mis IWC y sólo llegó 1. Christine gestionó el envío de la que faltaba con mucha celeridad.
Muy recomendables , buena calidad, gran variedad de producto y opcionales. Seguiré comprando ya que los precios son buenos, y no creo que valga la pena pagar lo que piden las marcas oficiales por una correa hoy en día.

Problem solved, customer service is fair

Item ordered from online and received 8 days later coming from overseas and very satisfied with the product and service.

Ordered a strap for a cartier pasha, it doesn’t fit the lug sizes are too small for the watch

Straps didn’t fit. I asked for a refund and it took days for them to reply.

Their reply was we will send you a return label. They didn’t send a label, just an address in China in an email. I also noted no address was on the package I received, which set alarm bells ringing.

Now they expect me to ship the strap back to China. Not sure if I will get a refund.

This is an update to my original post above (today is 21/05/23). I am quite surprised but I did receive a refund. So I am changing my review. However, it would help if the company was a little more transparent on its website.

Same problem as a number of others. Emails regarding status of delivery met with ads for the item I have ordered! Tracking number not recognised by carrier.
No confidence of a successful outcome.

No package received. Tracking number not a real number.
E mails from ‘contact’ undelivered.
How do you get hold of them ?
Is it a real company?
Is it a scam ?
