Items are not as described and the quality is poor

Good and quick customer support. Refund process working well if you do not like an item. Just try to get a return address near you so you do not have to pay packaging to China... Upon request, they can help with that, though. All in all, I was very sceptical but it all worked out well. One item I sent back but the other watch band I kept and like it. They reply quickly to support emails.

i received the parcel yesterday but only had one watch strap in it. just the black and white strap,
the second blue strap that was on the same order was not in the bag,
can you check for me and send the blue strap on the order

Tracking my order was a nightmare!
I still haven’t received my merchandise!
Finally received a message from USPS,
December 26,2022, it will arrive 12/27/22.
You could improve communication and tracking.

I am a first-time customer, and the two Watch bands I ordered are GREAT, especially for the price! But one of them wasn’t compatible with my watch, unfortunately. However, when I contacted Christine about a possible exchange for something else, she simply sent me what I wanted after I’d sent her photos of my lug measurements. No hassle, totally treated me with trust and sent my replacement after only some brief correspondence. I will definitely buy from them again! 5 stars from me.

Ordered a strap for my Santos De Cartier. First one was didn’t fit but they sent another promptly which was fine.

I placed an order last week. I have not received any mail on shipment dates. I have sent 3 mails directly

I’ve been asked to leave an honest review by the team, and I was surprised to noticed this company have such a low score I know the slanders travels 10x faster but still!
I personally was delighted by the experience I had with them, I contacted the customer service cause my strap was marked delivered by USPS but probably got stolen or something.

They took my word for it and shipped me a remplacement. Since my first purchase in 2001, that’s the only company with Amazon who did that.

I believe if you’re welling to contact the customer service and wait for an answer they’ll solve any issue.

I had ordered two Tudor nato straps from partsforwatch.com. Shipping was relatively quick (considering it was from China - something that is not explicitly mentioned on their website). As I was initially not satisfied with my order, I posted a review to TrustPilot voicing my issues with the straps. Almost immediately after the post went live I was contacted by partsforwatch.com with an apology and an offer to refund my purchase - no questions asked. I can honestly say I have never received such quick feedback/customer service from any company. Their commitment to total customer satisfaction is evident and their team has been very professional and punctual throughout this process. If you are not satisfied, they will make it right!

Purchased a strap for Porsche P6612 didn't fit at all poor quality lugs missing tried contacting no response surprise surprise. Wasn't cheap either 39 euro don't be fooled by glossy website far better buys out there

Update: they have since contacted me and apologised and gave me a full refund within 2 days

This is another Chinese rip-off company. I ordered a strap with deployment clasp and while it arrived on time it was very, very poor quality. The strap was a glossy leather embossed alligtor strap. It looked cheap and the gloss finish appeared to have been achieved by simply just painting it with lacquer leaving visible brush strokes. The deployment clasp was made from pressed rather than cast or machined steel, was flimsy and looked cheap and plainly awful. £ 35.00 in the bin. The 5 star reviews here are fake reviews submitted by the company itself. Don't waste your money!

Bought a strap for my watch, unfortunately it didn't fit. Partsforwatch gave me a refund and offered me a free strap also, for the inconvenience, after emailing them.
