This is another Chinese rip-off company. I ordered a strap with deployment clasp and while it arrived on time it was very, very poor quality. The strap was a glossy leather embossed alligtor strap. It looked cheap and the gloss finish appeared to have been achieved by simply just painting it with lacquer leaving visible brush strokes. The deployment clasp was made from pressed rather than cast or machined steel, was flimsy and looked cheap and plainly awful. £ 35.00 in the bin. The 5 star reviews here are fake reviews submitted by the company itself. Don't waste your money!

Bought a strap for my watch, unfortunately it didn't fit. Partsforwatch gave me a refund and offered me a free strap also, for the inconvenience, after emailing them.

Goods are from sent from china despite the company being registered in London, UK.

No real issues with goods from china, but they should be transparent about this as well as the delivery times.

I could get cheaper Chinese products quite easily….I ordered from them as I thought they were from the UK

If I could give zero stars I would, ordered a clasp and strap for my watch. Arrived from China, clasp did not close and the holes on the strap did not line up with the lugs on the watch. No response from the poor review that was posted on website, and email bounced.

Tried in vain to fit strap myself, took to Jewellers when I gave up, Jeweller gave up also. These are counterfeit goods, made with little regard for standards or workmanship. Poor customer service also.

Excellent experience. The strap shipped right away. There were constant communication. Some delays on USPS side but that's not their fault. Quality is excellent and as advertised. Highly recommended.

Apparently they were trying to reach me for my KYC documents, but I never received any e-mails. I tried reaching out to the e-mail on their website (hello at wpengine.partsforwatch.com) but it bounced. Eventually I remove 'wpengine' from the address and tried again. It reached a real customer support person and after a couple of e-mails back and forth, my order shows shipped from Shenzhen.

I hope I receive it in a few weeks. Will update my review once I receive it.

BEWARE.....The website for this company has disappeared as of the last couple of days. I have almost definitely lost my order and my money. Do NOT enter into any transaction with this company.

Very poor quality. I bought a rubber strap for my Panerai. Never again.

I placed an order from these guys, reading from some of the reviews I was taking a chance, but couldn't be happier. Yes, the straps were shipped from China, but they arrived in 9 days, which is very acceptable for an online order. As far as made in China, most nato from around the world come from there anyway. And the straps are of excellent quality as for the hardware being used. The colors are exactly as shown on their website. I will be ordreing more in the future!

The page gives the impression that it is an English shop. The products are shipped from China. I ordered a 20mm wide strap. A 22mm tape was sent. The quality of the band is so unappealing that I will refrain from an exchange. Let's see if I see some of my money back.

Purchased 2 Tag Heuer 01 straps and none of the straps are compatible with the watch. When I would like to return the straps as they are not correct fit for the watch, they wanted me to send them over to a French address even though it is a UK domain and the address is on Baker Street, London. Really bad experience, items sent from China (based on the envelope received) and arrived in almost a month. Never again...

This is fake company I guess. Ordered my bracelet then I see in the status of my order that it was shipped but the number given is fake. Tried to contact them by the e-mail. No response. Do not have any deals with this fake company!!

I had a problem with a purchase. The company fixed it quickly.

Don’t believe the fake 5 star reviews, they are as fake as the google map of London on the website to make you think it is a UK based company. They are not located in London they are in China and your strap will take one month to arrive. Then when it doesn’t fit (like mine) you can put it straight in the bin and buy one from a company that aren’t scammers.

Enfin un site pour faire des economies sans compromis. Bon Service, livraison 10jr pour le France et super SAV.
