All good in the hood
I was septical and started spamming & bad mouthing the customer service and the social media about my not deliver order.. But it cames only 2 days after it's only fair now I'm correcting the situation in addition the strap looks seriously great on my watch!!

Ordered omega watch bracelet strap 3 weeks,not delivered despite payment made.no response to e mails etc.Trading standards will be notified unless I receive the strap bracelet or a refund.I would advise anyone looking or thinking of using this shamboloc site or purchase Not To!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!
They have no phone number, customer service is unprofessional and slow. I placed an order on their website and after this could not check order status or register on their website. So I emailed them to see if they had the correct shipping address and they responded late by saying to my shock and surprise that they didn't know or see the address which was in the paid for order on their website. So something didn't seem right and I messaged them again the correct address for where to ship and to let me know which courier service they will use and they responded very late again by saying we cancel your order. They are a joke. Total waste of time. Now I was stuck with waiting on getting a refund for my payment to them. Their suspicious dealings led me to check if their company is registered in the UK as they have mentioned on their website and found out that they had wound up the company name "parts for watch" a year ago in UK in March of 2020. So I immediately called my credit card service provider to cancel my card payment. I'm so glad I didn't purchase from them. Stay very far away from this company.

I recently bought 2 replacement Rolex…
I ordered 2 Ceramic bezels. The quality was good but there was a problem with the paint. I contacted them and they replaced them with 2 perfect bezels. Excellent customer service

Good straps at good prices
I took a punt to order a strap through them, took a couple of weeks which was expected. The buckle was incorrect from the order, but they sent the correct version through after emailing them.
