I used PayLaterr to make my car payment, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. I understood and accepted the stated 7 to 10 business day processing time. My issue has never been the processing time. My issue is the complete absence of customer service and communication.

I’ve sent multiple messages, waited well beyond the advertised 24 to 48 hour response time, and called numerous times. Even when I call exactly at 9:00 a.m., when customer service is supposed to open, every call goes straight to voicemail. I’ve left several voicemail messages and have not received a single response by email, phone call, or text message.

There is also no way to track the status of your payment on the website, leaving customers with no idea whether anything is actually happening. After exhausting every available method to contact the company, I was forced to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau just to try to get someone’s attention.

When a company accepts your money but provides no communication whatsoever, it naturally raises serious concerns. At this point, the experience gives the impression of a company that is either unwilling or unable to communicate with its customers, and it has unfortunately begun to feel like a scam. I genuinely hope my payment is processed, but I will not use this service again. My experience has been consistent with the many reviews warning about nonexistent customer support.

Please proceed with processing my bill payment as originally requested. I submitted this payment because it was needed for my car payment, and I want to ensure it is completed successfully.

I appreciate finally receiving a response. However, I want to reiterate that my concern has never been the processing timeframe. My concern has been the complete lack of communication. Despite waiting beyond the stated 24 to 48 hour response window, sending multiple messages, and calling numerous times, I received no response by email, phone call, or text message. Even when calling at 9:00 a.m., when your customer service line opens, every call went straight to voicemail.

Please confirm that my payment will continue processing today.

Update to Paylaterr on 7/10/2026:
After posting my review and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, I finally received a response from PayLaterr stating that my car payment had been processed on July 9.

Unfortunately, I still have no way to verify that claim. Your website continues to show my bill as “In Progress,” I have not received a confirmation by email, phone call, or text message, and my auto loan account still does not reflect that a payment has been received.

I understand there can be delays between when a payment is sent and when it is posted by the lender. However, the ongoing lack of communication remains my biggest concern.

Please stop directing customers to email customer service if those emails are not being answered. I have replied to your response on Trustpilot, responded through my BBB complaint, sent emails, and called multiple times. Even when calling at your stated opening time, every call goes straight to voicemail. Despite all of these attempts, no one has contacted me directly.

At this point, I am requesting a phone call from your customer service team to discuss the status of my payment and explain why my account still shows “In Progress.” Customers should not have to leave repeated voicemails, send multiple emails, file BBB complaints, or post public reviews just to get a status update.

I will gladly update this review once I receive confirmation that my payment has been completed and reflected on my auto loan account. Until then, I cannot consider this matter fully resolved.

SCAMMERS!!! THEY STEAL MY MONEY AND NEVER PAY MY MORGAGE now I'm about to get evicted and no signs of refund my money. This place is a scam! I’ve been trying to get a refund but can’t get a hold of them! They don’t answer the phone nor do they answer emails. I paid $334 down to pay my car note almost a month ago and they STILL HAVE NOT PAID IT! I am pissed. I will be taking legal action on this company.

They scammed me out of $433.32. They were supposed to pay my auto loan for me on 07/03/2026. It has not been paid. They do not respond to emails. The phone number provided just goes straight to voicemail. The phone number on the BBB website goes to a full mailbox. There is no way to reach them. Their website does not work. Most of the things you can click on does not even work. Do not use their services ever. Use another site if you can that actually has a functioning website and customer service. I have requested a refund from my bank due to them not honoring their agreement and scamming me out of my funds. I would like for the bill to be paid as agreed upon but that seems to be nonexistent for a website that promotes to pay your bills. The transaction occurred on 06/24/2026. Please do not use these scammers.

Update: this is the first time I’m ever hearing from the company. They conveniently are canceling it now after not responding to emails or calls. The timeline given on their website was July 3rd. Not July 6th and no communication was given on the businesses end. Do not trust anything they say.

This company scams everyone! Please dont believe these fake reviews. They have been having nothing but 1 star reviews and to push those down they make false ones. Just check BBB. People are trying class action activities as well. They knowingly take money and don't help anyone. That's fraud, illegal, and a scam. I still get their dumb emails promoting the service that they DONT HAVE. Just give me my money. Don't respond that I'm not a customer either. I can come with the "receipts" as they say.

I uploaded my bill on june 17 i was told it will be paid on june 30th my car note was due jun 27th so i was ok for 3 days late here we are july 5th still not paid i was told on july 2nd they had temporary system issues it will be paid july6th!! But I have a a payment due tomorrow i dont trust paying them and i haven’t received the service i paid for !!! PLEASE BE AWARE if you looking for a bill payment try someone else i will update yalll if i my payment is made or if i get a refund ..UPDATE ! My bill was never paid currently asking and waiting on refund !!!!! Email takes over 4 days for a response

this place is a scam they didnt pay my bill in time so i canceled the payment and havent issued the refund do not use this site now they are lying i havent recieved a refund paylaterr said they will process refund last week and i still did not get it

What I like most about PayLaterr is how convenient it is. I’ve paid my gas, water, and cable bills through it, and the experience has been very smooth. It really helps when you’re juggling multiple expenses at the same time.

SCAM ALERT! DO NOT USE!!!! I have requested a refund multiple times. It’s been almost 6 months and I haven’t received it yet. At this point I’m out of $190.

This company sucks. They took 128 from my checking account on June 11th to pay a light bill for me that was due by the 20th. Today is the 27th and no payment made. Several several different emails sent to me showing different dates that it would be paid they were never paid they did not honor their part of the bargain then after all this time they said well we never told you it would be paid till the 23rd that it would not be processed until the 23rd that is not what they told me that is not what their advertisement says and I feel like they just took my money I want my 128 back and I will never do business with these people ever again I would suggest you check into them very carefully screenshot everything that's ever since been said to you by them because somehow or another some of my emails disappeared some of them just disappeared and they tell me that can't be done well I'm telling you it was done anyway do not do business with this company there are too many others out there that are truly honest and will do as you ask I found one that pays within 3 hours of your request this one can't pay in 26 days so no. Finally someone named Rose tells me that I have to send in copies of my paycheck stubs I am on social security and pension I do not get paycheck stubs it is directly deposited into my account I sent them what I could all of a sudden good payment will be processed today that was on the 23rd it has not been processed yet.

The platform is simple and efficient. I can pay my cable and phone bills without any confusion. Highly recommended.

This place is a total scam

I pay them the subscription fee plus whatever they charge to pay the first installment for the bill promising that they will settle the bill on or before the due date. I called the number they gave and it went straight to voicemail plus I kept sending emails I got a response yesterday stating that they are processing the bill yesterday which today is the due date and my service got disconnected, I emailed them and explained everything with little or no response. I just called my bank because I have nowhere to request a refund for these people.
Please read reviews before sending them your money.

I started using PayLaterr for my car payments and insurance, and it has been a great experience so far. Everything is simple, transparent, and easy to track. I really like how it helps me stay organized and avoid late fees. It’s definitely a helpful tool for managing multiple expenses.

This company states they corresponded with me after 3 attempts to get a refund because they never paid my car note after giving them over $300 resulting in my car getting repoed. They stated I would get a refund that was back in April. They are scammers I still have not got my refund and they still flood my email trying to get me to fall for their scam again.

Paying bills is now quick and hassle-free.

I owed State Farm Insurance $900.00. I was behind 2 months which I didn't even know. I saw Paylaterr on Google. Which splits my payments into 3 installments. So I said let's try it out. I decided to use the Ultimate Plan for $99.00. So $300.00, plus the $99.00 was taken out on June 15th. It's now June 23rd. State Farm Insurance still hasn't received the entire $900.00 in full. Which is now late.

I called my bank. Which advised me to call Paylaterr customer service number and email them first. By leaving a paper trail. Both of these were given to me by my bank. I called their customer service number (5) times. It just goes to voicemail. I also email them this morning. I still haven't heard no response from anyone.

I already dealt with fraud earlier this month. I got a new debit card. Now this. In which I'll have to properly get another debit card. Because Paylaterr will take out the next installment of $300.00 of June 29th. It shouldn't take 7 to 10 business days to pay a bill. Especially when they take out your first installment. Plus the subscription fee.

My service I paid for to help me catch on my bills using Paylaterr. Hasn't been met. Very poor service. Especially if you want to know what's going on.

I used app 2 weeks ago bill not paid but got me out of 198 dollars which I should’ve used towards my bill… no customer service this place a scam and I want my mf money backNOW
