We are using PayTabs for our UAE based online shop since April this year.
We are extremely satisfied with the excellent customer service in case of any inquiries from our end as well the dashboard is easy to understand and easy to handle.
We were having a gateway provider from outside the UAE for more than 10 years and therefore were hesitating to change, but when we started researching and comparing transaction prices with local based providers, we had no choice, then to make the decision to change and to look for a new suitable gateway. So after having introduction meeting with many different providers, we felt totally comfortable with PayTabs. The transaction rates are extremely reasonable, the face to face service / workshops they are providing were just perfect for us especially during the integration process.

I have been working with Paytabs for about 1 year now and the service has been great.
Karan the account manager has always been available whenever needed.

Karan and Neelam were excellent in onboarding our company. They are always readily acailable and responsive. PayTabs provides very competitive rates and we are very grateful to be working with them.

I did not see so many negative comments before partnering with Paytaps and as a result I lost my money with them. Yes, it is the worst thing I have ever accepted in the business world.
You do not have qualified employees and you do not have laws to do what you want

Our RM Karan was very supportive and helped us go live in no time!

I was initially assigned someone who did not know what she was doing - her name is May. She did not mention all fees at first, and rather surprised me with them as they showed up. She also promised me fees were removed, but then they would recur and she would not do anything to refund other than tell me to “contact customer service.” She was not responsive (wouldn’t reply for days when I send a complaint, but would reply within a couple of hours when my message was Not a complaint). She would also tell me one thing about the fees, and the opposite would take place. She made my experience miserable and a 1 star would be generous.

After several complaints, I was assigned someone called Arpita Rohilla. She was fantastic. Extremely attentive, managed to refund me ALL the wrongfully charged fees within a week (the previous one mentioned she’d refund only the most recent fee, not all), AND she was incredibly patient and responsive. I would give Arpita 6 stars if I could.

I work with PayTabs EGYPT and they were extremely smooth and I did not encounter a single problem. PayTabs UAE needs a bit of work regarding their employees. If they were all like Arpita, my experience would’ve been a breeze from the start.

Karan Verma at all time was very helpful wherever he was, he is helpful where he is at the moment. Once he will commit he will deliver within the time. He value others time.
