Esta empresa donde esta? en USA? en Mexico? llamo al +18002889891 que es Iberostar y me dicen que es PCM Travel y resulta que me devuelven la llamada y el numero que me llama es el +528009531477. Pregunto si el numero que yo he marcado es de ellos y me cuelgan la llamada, llamo nuevamente y no me dan razon de la empresa. Nada fiable si no dan nombre de empresa

El día 15 de Mayo compre un boleto Caracas Madrid fecha 28 de Mayo retorno 03 de Julio con la aerolínea Iberia el mismo fue comprado a través de la plataforma Jetcost y el proveedor es the Travel Makers compañía el costo pagado por la plataforma fue de de 885 euros y unas horas después el señor Cesar Marino agente de dicha compañía me envía un correo donde me informa que debo cancelar 376 euros adicionales por concepto de impuestos en principio me negué a cancelarlo porque considero que lo ofrecido es una oferta engañosa que raya en la estafa por ello solicite la devolución de mi dinero pero me informaron que era imposible cancelar y que debía pagar el monto adicional antes mencionado o perder lo que había cancelado a través de la pagina , por ello el día viernes 16 de mayo procedí a cancelar los 376 euros solicitados y me fue informado que en 48 tendría mis boletos en mi cuenta de correo , al día de hoy no tengo nada que acredite que el día 28 de mayo tengo alguna reserva o boleto emitido por ello y solicito con carácter de urgencia me sea enviado mi boleto a la brevedad posible.

Zero satisfied. The fact that each ticket said 172.00 each and after when I did not received any confirmation I called and was told the total of my 2 tickets will be over 700.00 since the prices showed at the page 342.00 it was not for both passengers it was just for one.

This is scam, the tickets where even cheaper directly with American Airlines. Also the fact that you can not cancel it because you will still be charge the amount you were told the total will be. In my case 342.00 either of if I cancel or not this will be charged.
And if I still want the tickets I will still have to pay an extra 300.00. Never buying on this site again

A EVITER j'ai acheté un billet pour un voyage urgent et il m'ont fait raté mon vol apres avoir encaissé le paiement : plus de 48h sans recevoir le bilet
le service client est catastrophique, ils sont en inde, ne parlent pas francais et ont un accés anglais désastreux

Lie and scam , they are crooks don’t buy tickets from them

SCAM They book your ticket and within a short time the ticket is canceled and the credit used for other tickets . they charge $300.00 for their services which just shows up on your credit card . they are based in Deli India which should be a red flag .Do not use them .

I booked an airline ticket this afternoon and it was listed as 246.00. PCM Travel charged me 574.00 saying the price went up from the time I booked until the E ticket was sent to me. Within 20 minutes. This is an unfair practice and they won't refund the money to me. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

This company is part of a much bigger travel scam who impersonate big airlines and all of the 5 star reviews are all fake you can see.

El día de ayer hice una compra con el señor Martín, de 4 tiquetes de vuelo, después del pago el me dice que me enviarán el itinerario 4 horas antes del vuelo. Esto me sorprende y empiezo a dudar de este sitio. Empieza a llamar en el transcurso de al tarde solicitando que me envíen inmediatamente el los tiquetes, después de varias horas me envia esto, para yo estar segura de que este # de reserva existía, llame directamente a la aerolínea y ellos efectivamente me dicen que esa reserva fue cancelada. Me comunico nuevamente con estos estafadores, y hablo con en tal Supervisor Rio el dice que no me debo preocupar que me da su palabra que hoy a las 6 am yo tendría un número de reserva en mi email. Y aquí estoy con las 8:25 am y no hay nada. Ahora trato de comunicarme con ellos porque estoy solicitando el reembolso de mi dinero, USD 757.00, pero dicen que debo esperar que ellos me llamen, y hasta ahora no hay solución de nada. Mi vuelo es para hoy mismo, y ellos me engañaron no me han enviado ningunos tiquetes. Ahora me comunico con un tipo que dice que yo debo cancelar un excedente de dinero porque los asientos de ese vuelo ya fueron vendidos, y ahora los tiquetes están en 1’200 dólares. Les dije que no les daré más dinero, les pedí que devuelvan mi dinero y el tipo simplemente dice que no me lo devolverán. Ellos son unos LADRONES, ESTAFADORES Por favor eviten comprar aquí , no caigan

After posting the review yesterday I receive a call
from PCM Travels/
Alberto-Expertosenvuelo, advising me what they wanted to do, to compensate me after I was deceived to book on a airline I did not want and was charged more money after I already paid the full cost for the ticket I saw advertised for American Airlines. I told them I was not interested in their recommendation to have me flagged to receive a discount the next time I booked with them, because I will never use their agency again. I told them the only thing they could to fix the deception was to refund me the additional US$256 I was inveigle to pay. After insisting that's what I wanted I was told to give them 10 hours to discuss with management to see what can be done in regards to a refund. They called me 2:41pm yesterday, so the 10 hours has long passed and I have not gotten a call. They told me I can call at any time to speak to Alberto or another guy that spoke to me as well, can't remember his name, so I call 10:08am today, I spoke to an agent and relayed my situation he took the refence number for my booking twice he could not give me an update, I told him Alberto is aware of the situation, he then said he was going to speak to Alberto, while waiting for a response the call was disconnected, I waited a few minutes the call was not returned. I called back and and a another agent answered, I asked to speak to Alberto she then proceeded to ask what it was about I told her, she asked me to hold for transfer I got a busy signal then the call was disconnected. I have not received a call back. So I'm going to maintain my stance, PCM Travels/Expertosenvuelo can NOT be trusted and persons must be on the alert.

Compre el sábado pasaje punta cana ida iregreso. Que costaba 2 millones .muy formales y todo .pero en medio de la conversación que debía pagar unos tax.impuestos de aeropuerto impuesto por todo y el conclusión mi pasaje más económico que escogí por avianca sin equipaje ni nada me salio con ellos en 4.millones doscientos. Me ciento estafada.
