Pedder Reviews

I couldn’t recommend Pedder any more highly, especially after an awful experience using Purplebricks to manage my first tenancy. My property manager Pia was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. She always responded promptly and gave me guidance when there were issues I wasn’t sure how to approach. With the property being on the older side, there were a few maintenance problems here and there, but these were quickly resolved. The fully-managed fee was definitely worth the lack of stress!

Pia Mannix is most helpful in all ways, excellent communication, polite and knowledgeable.

Pedder made the whole house selling experience straightforward and easy. Communication from the team was excellent and we were kept in the loop at all times. Harriet and David especially deserve mention for looking after us.

Wonderful experience selling our flat with Alp and the team at Pedder Brockley. I was particularly impressed with their communication and responsiveness.

Josh, Natasha and team at Pedder were fantastic throughout the process. Keeping things moving across the chain was quite painful, but they were proactive and worked incredibly hard to keep it together. I really believe that with another estate agent we might have lost out on the house that we wanted to buy. I was able to call and get regaular updates and was always treated as a valuable customer. If you're selling your home in South East London, there is not a better estate agent!

I had a great experience buying my house through Pedder. Pedder are a professional Estate Agents and had a good range of properties in the area. I would also like to thank Josh for his help.

I had a very positive experience with Pedder Real Estate and would especially like to thank Daniel, the Director, Brockley, for his excellent advice throughout the sale process. His approach was pragmatic, honest and focused on what was genuinely best for the sale, rather than the typical pressure to sell. I also really appreciated his transparency around pricing and expectations. His guidance helped us achieve a great outcome while making the process feel straightforward and well managed.

A big thank you as well to Alp, Senior Consultant, who was incredibly responsive and efficient throughout. He was always quick to follow up on queries, kept me regularly updated, and was also very friendly, engaging and easy to deal with. His support and attention to detail made the entire process run smoothly from start to finish.

Overall, a very professional, trustworthy and genuinely client-focused team. I’m very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend Daniel, Alp and the Pedder team.

Very efficient and thorough. The whole team was a pleasure to work with but Shannon was great at our sale, managing some challenging situations with confidence and delicacy as needed.

Really helpful and easy to work with staff. Callum and Harriet carried the sale through from start to finish!

Natasha and Izabella at Pedder Crystal Palace worked diligently to sell my flat and I have come away very happy with the result, they were responsive and detail oriented and pushed to keep the process moving tirelessly. Thank you to them both.

I’ve been letting my flat in Upper Sydenham through Pedder for many years. I don’t live locally so it is crucial for me to co-operate with a managing agent I can trust. My experience of Pedder has always been positive. This positive experience has recently been reinforced when I found myself facing a costly quote for works relating to refurbishing gas installation. Derek, who is looking after my property on behalf of Pedder, was most helpful and managed to find another engineer who at a fraction of the original quote price brought the installation to a satisfactory working order. Overall, I highly recommend Pedder and Derek in particular!

Really happy we used Pedder East Dulwich. David, Callum and the wider team were great from start to finish. We ended up with the purchasers solicitors asking many many many questions which meant the process took time. Callum, in the main, kept good dialogue going between us and the buyers which really helped. Very pleased we chose Pedder from the agents we met. If we had another property to sell in East Dulwich we would use Pedder again.

Professional, committed and determined

From the first interaction with Peddar, the team were really helpful. They made some really good suggestions of properties for us to view, based on our requirements. We made our offer, settling on a fair price with the agents working hard to secure our offer with the vendor. As we progressed with the transaction Cansu in the Sydenham office ensured that we moved quickly with a smooth run to completion. I would definitely recommend.

We bought our house with Pedder Brockley and had a great experience. We had been looking for a while and had mixed experiences with estate agents- some were chaotic and several were untrustworthy. However Pedder and Alp in particular was definitely the best agent we worked with, so I was really glad that we ended up buying the house with them. Alp was very friendly, diligent and proactive, making sure we always were kept informed and moving the process along without being pushy or chaotic. Most importantly we didn’t feel like he was trying to con or manipulate us. Would highly recommend and wish more agents worked like this!

EXEMPLARY!
I found all my dealings with Pedder extremely professional, kind and attentive throughout the complicated selling of my apartment.
I mainly dealt with Zara who I think should be given an Oscar with all the complications she had to deal with to secure the sale to completion. David her manager was also tops as far as I am concerned.

The team at Pedder made selling a property so easy. During the first meeting I liked David's expertise and straightforward approach. Throughout, I had one single point of contact which I hugely appreciated. Zara's professionalism and efficiency made it a very easy process. I experienced Pedder as a competent agency with very down to earth and pleasant people - thank you Zara and David.

Selling our house through Pedder was a wholly positive experience. All the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. In particular, Callum moved heaven and earth to get our sale over the line. Highly recommended.

Josh at Pedder Sydenham, thank you so much for all your hard work. We truly appreciate your support and prompt communication during our first time buyers experience! Josh always replied extremely quickly to emails and to any queries we had. Always eager to help us in anyway he could. It really felt like he cared - and that made such a difference to us. Thank you! You were fantastic and we would recommend Josh to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Pedder were absolutely fantastic. They weren't actually our agent - they represented the sellers we bought from - but I found them, Callum Melrose specifically, brilliant from start to finish.
