We were recently searching for a rental around North Dulwich station and contacted all the local estate agents. Tahlia at Pedder was the only estate agent who took a real interest, she emailed us properties every week, regularly followed up and did her best to get us booked for early viewings and to get us settled - she was brilliant and we would thoroughly recommend working with Pedder!

Speaking as a landlady, I can attest to the excellent service Peddar has provided me over many years of renting my property through them. The company ensures that landlords are aware of the ever changing compliance requirements for landlords, they have recommended some very reliable and trustworthy workmen to carry out repairs when needed, my account manager is always there when I need her, the property has been re-let quickly with minimal time empty, and they’ve always got me a fair rental price based on market values. Trustworthy and reliable, highly recommend.

We moved into the property a month ago as new tenants, and our property manager Fayzeh has been extremely helpful with everything we’ve needed. Communication has been brilliant, and any questions or requests were handled smoothly and without issues. We’re very happy that she looks after our property and truly appreciate her support. Once again thank Fayzeh!

This is all a bit strange to me as for a long time l thought the agent l was dealing with was working at Forest Hill branch where my keys were but l would have liked to have been informed But that said l agent l was dealing with Alp was fine had did a good job of getting the sale through despite a few hiccups l sure he had the upcoming birth of his baby to think about as well so all in all it was ok

I bought my flat from the previous iteration of Peddar in 1987. I moved in 2000 but kept the flat and rented it out with Peddar as managing agent.. It has been a seamless experience with a long term tenant and immediate responses to maintenance. The tenant is happy and so am I.

Friendly, always on hand to help and kept our buying process ticking along despite issues with the chain. Couldn’t ask for too much more really

We had a great experience working with Mollie and Hadassah at Pedder West Norwood. There were some initial issues with our listing under previous management, but as soon as Mollie took over things seemed to really improve. When it came down to the process between offer and completion, Mollie was a fantastic advisor and sparring partner and she and Hadassah really couldn’t do enough to get us over the line. We’re very grateful for their hard work.
