Pedder were absolutely fantastic. They weren't actually our agent - they represented the sellers we bought from - but I found them, Callum Melrose specifically, brilliant from start to finish.

My flat has been rented through Pedder for a year now.
Speaking as a first time Landlord, and as one that is not local to the property, the Pedder managed service has been a great comfort to me. They handle every aspect of the letting from tenants, contracts, rental collection, to the ever increasing regulations and, on the practical side of things, Derek in portfolio management has been a great help for me as a Landlord, and for the tenant too.

Pedder helped me let a small studio flat. They were professional throughout, as well as patient and pleasant through a few hiccups. The fact that they have an office in my area also meant they were always present and I could walk in any time knowing they would give me the time I needed. This makes me feel safer in a time of change and uncertainty for landlords.

General Pedder services are ok but won’t say they excel. We have been using them for managed letting agent for several years now - fees are high and the property managers vary in quality. The sub -contractors coming in to do the work however are absolute joke, shabby work and often have been to called back for multiple fixes and they charge you each time

Our property manager Derek however is a real star! Never came across anyone so responsive and helpful. He manages the tenants really well and respectfully, same with us as landlord. Generally very thoughtful and considerate and super speedy in his responses. Really pleased we have him to help us managing the house.

We had such a lovely experience house hunting with Tahlia. She was incredibly proactive with sending us listings that fit our criteria the moment they came up, finding us our perfect property within a couple of weeks. Once the process of getting referencing completed, documents signed and deposits paid had begun, she was incredibly efficient and communicative throughout the entire process, ensuring we were never kept in the dark. We’re moving into the property at the end of the month, and Tahlia has ensured the entire process has been calm, clear, and exciting. Could not recommend her, and Pedder, enough!

Great Property Management by Derek Law. Fast and Effective.

Derek Law, our property manager has been nothing short on spectacular! He's been very responsive, kind and supportive at a time when our property needed a lot of work. He's definitely one of the best property managers out there!

We are very grateful to have Derek Law as the property manager for the flat we are renting. He is very responsive to requests and always keep us informed of updates. He arranged for repairs required quickly and is always polite and friendly.

We had a wonderful experience with Alp at Pedder. There were lots of unknowns for us in buying our first property but we were made to feel very comfortable and looked after by Alp, who helped the purchase run smoothly. Would definitely recommend!

Let my flat with Pedder and the experience with Robin was great. Really helped with everything and put up with all my questions - and I had many! Would recommend to anyone. Can't comment on the ongoing management as it has only been a week, but can't fault Robin for the service.

Many thanks to David, Callum and the rest of the team at Pedders for all their expertise local market knowledge and help in completing on the sale of our flat in East Dulwich. It was a long legally complex and at times difficult journey but we got there in the end and would thoroughly recommend Pedders to anyone thinking of selling their property in the East Dulwich area.

Having recently moved to Southeast London, l was looking for a two bedroom flat. I registered with several estate agents and l found Pedder the most helpful. I was especially grateful to Callum Melrose who almost always sent me information on the kind of property l was looking for thus not wasting time. In person he was always pleasant and punctual, never pushy. Although in the end l found a flat off market, l would go back to Callum in Pedder if l needed to sell or buy a property.
