The support I received was very helpful and they returned my emails very quickly

When we had a £500 Perkbox-bought voucher stripped of its value by a third party, Perkbox dealt with the issue really well. After their internal investigation, without any hassle for us, they gave us a full refund. A really painless process, so thank you Perkbox!

When I had a problem with a voucher redemption, the issue was resolved quite quickly, communication with Perkbox was prompt and supportive. Thank you - there were no chat bots - with no actions but a person to help -makes all the difference.

I had a query with regard a gift card I’d purchased which didn’t process in store and contacted Perkbox via the chat system. Robert was excellent in responding quickly, finding out what had happened and explaining how I was able to greet this resolved, excellent customer service, many thanks!

Super easy platform with very helpful customer service support. Lots of options to choose from. You need to read the terms and conditions of the products / gift cards carefully though.

At first it was hard to get hold of anyone has I was talking to the robot and I didn’t think it was relaying my messages finally got the message from Jemma and she was very helpful and sorted my problem out in no time. Thank you so much for your help. She was lovely

After an issue with using a b&q gift card I bought through perkbox their customer support made an extra effort to get me a refund through the card provider, saving me some hassle.
All other perks I have used with them have been good experiences as well.

I had a problem finding one of my vouchers that hadn't been cashed. The problem was resolved within one day of my enquiry!

Great offers on the platform. Moreover, I was in touch with Jemma from support team regarding a technical issue - Very prompt and approachable. Excellent support team with a strong customer focus.

Used it for a year, staff lost interest very quickly and it was a complete waste of money. Would not reccomend. Customer service was awful. They charged us for another year even though we hadn’t used it. AVOID!!

Perkbox is an excellent organisation that offers great deals and experiences. At a time when the cost of living is biting it's reassuring to have apps like Perkbox which help buffer things. I often check it to see what's available. I would recommend it.

Worst experience ever!
I purchased a Gift Card from them to use on a shop, to realise after that unfortunately it won't work with this shop. I have requested the cancellation/refund minutes after paying just to be told that by clicking "Pay" I accepted the terms that they will not do any refunds.
UK laws protect customers from this kind of bullying from companies, because the rights would not be equal.
After escalating this for over 1 month, I finally got the refund approved, once I said I will take this to court.
The worst customer experience ever, they do not have any email/phone available for complains or escalation. Everything goes on a stupid chat where they only answer when they want.
In the UK, online gift card laws state that customers have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel their purchase if the card has not been used. Sales of this kind are known as ‘distance selling’. No platform should impose a non-refundable term.

I'd lost the link to the voucher I had cashed out. Having contacted customer services, the issue was resolved within minutes and a new link supplied. Thank you so much for your prompt response and quick action
