Absolutely fantastic from start to finish . John initially was brilliant. Discussed everything with my son and then myself .ordered and arrived .my daughter rang with a couple of set up questions and Andrew was so helpful.we have trialed the pendant in various scenarios and it’s brilliant. Definitely recommend this company and this product.

We have been with suresafe for a couple of years now for my elderly mother. We have just renewed for another year and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Whoever I speak to is always friendly, efficient and extremely helpful. Whenever my mum’s alarm is pressed ( intentionally, to test it, or by accident) someone answers the call within seconds and they are always patient, considerate and reassuring. I can’t express how much peace of mind that kind of customer service gives to my mum and our family.
So, thank you to the SureSafe team for making our lives just that bit easier, you’re all fantastic!!

We had to search to find the right device for us. Only issue i have is, I wish there was a company that would make a device with a alarm for inside the house as well as emergency help. If my dad falls, he may not need emergency services, just help from someone in the other room! But, Indo like this device and what it offers.

Quick and personal response to query providing the information to allow me to confidently purchase. Order processed quickly and we were well informed about delivery. Product was easy to set up and works well. A little disappointed in battery life needs charging most days.

I put in my order did all the necessary and voilà it arrived almost straight away. My 96 year old mom is pleased with it and happy to wear it. The service I’ve had so far while sorting out this fall alert device for my Dad has been excellent. Helpful staff who answer the phone quickly, and sorted out my issue immediately.
I’m really reassured by this and while I hope dad never needs to make an emergency call for real, I’m sure that he’ll be helped quickly if that ever happens.
