Great help with setup!

I put in my order did all the necessary and voilà it arrived almost straight away. My 96 year old mom is pleased with it and happy to wear it. I am hoping she never has to use the service but like car insurance it is necessary and gives me her daughter peace of mind when I can't be there Thank you very much x Janice Taylor

The service I’ve had so far while sorting out this fall alert device for my Dad has been excellent. Helpful staff who answer the phone quickly, and sorted out my issue immediately.
I’m really reassured by this and while I hope dad never needs to make an emergency call for real, I’m sure that he’ll be helped quickly if that ever happens.

Have recently bought 2 Dementia Watches for my parents. Had to call customer services to get the GPS perimeter zone set properly. Even though I called after hours and left a message, I got a call back 30 mins later. The very help lady put the issue to the tech team who had it resolved for first thing in the morning. All working great now. Has brought piece of mind knowing when parents leave home, where exactly they are on a map and when they return home. Also had to order a new lockable Dementia strap - again great customer service via email so I could email the order straight away. Exceptional customer service.

I initially contacted SureSafe to enquire about a Pendant alarm as I need one that covers me both inside and outside of the home. Customer service was excellent, Daryl Yates was extremely helpful, an order was placed which arrived two days later. The alarm was easy to set.

it is easy and ready to use as well as people like myself of the older generation. I found it easy and when I needed to speak to a person actually got one on the other end of the phone. Believe me the product is amazing compared to the one I have from another company and the service given is excellent.
