The SureSafe website was easy to use and the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The watch is very well made, easy to use and arrived within 48 hours.

SureSafe Alarm has been excellent. They are always helpful and send timely reminders when the account needs topping up. It gives my mum a reliable personal alarm, and most importantly, it gives our family real peace of mind. I would happily recommend their service.

I had many questions regarding a new Lifeline. There are many choices but Suresafe stood out as the most reliable choice and the help and advice I received was 1st class!!Customer service was patient and caring with me. At 84, with a brain tumour causing deafness, you kindly set it up for me by phone, taking my health & family details for security. So grateful!!

Great customer service.

The process of ordering the personal alarm from Sure Safe, for my elderly mother in law, was easy to navigate. However, with me not being technically minded I had to phone Customer Support a few times for help in setting up the watch. All I can say is that they were absolutely amazing!!! Each of the associates who I spoke to was so polite, friendly, listened carefully to my enquiries and was able to resolve them quickly, without making me feel totally incompetent!!!

Ordered a pendant alarm for my mum. It arrived the next day even on a weekend! Very easy to use, customer services explained all queries I had, helped me understand the protocols if something should happen to my mum if a fall is detected or she presses the sos button. We tested it and I feel very reassured someone is on the end of the line for her.

I tried to make an online order from abroad, on behalf of my elderly mother. The banking system doesn’t allow for this to happen so I tried to call but because I have a non-UK number, the calls didn’t go through. In the end I tried ‘live chat’, that was also blocked and a persistent, assistant not available message appeared. Then I received an ‘offline’ message and made contact with a very helpful customer services assistant. But because the address was unfamiliar to me, I wasn’t sure if it was genuinely from the company. Eventually, it was suggested that I call mobile to mobile. The order for a pendant alarm was finally made, using my own personal card, rather than my mother’s. The whole process took several hours achieve the outcome. It would help to be able to call the main number without international calls being automatically blocked. I must also add that JOHN MACGUGAN deserves a shout out for being very patient with me and extremely helpful, he was able to resolve the problems with purchase for me.
