I have purchased dog beds and cooling mats for my two Whippets over the past few months. I have been really happy with the quality of all products and especially happy with customer service.

I purchased a calming dog bed, from the basic range. Not sure if I had a dud from the batch but within three months it was completely flat. I sent a photo asking if I could exchange it, and Chelsea was happy to send a replacement. I then asked if I could pay the difference and get a premium bed instead. This was not a problem. I was refunded for the first bed within hours and have now purchased the premium one which I am hoping will last quite some time.

Beautiful dog bed arrived promptly. We are very satisfied with the quality. Customer service was five star too. Chelsea answered queries we had immediately.

Automatic pet feeder was purchased at a ripper price, and after having it for about three months now, it’s worth every cent! Instructions for assembly was easy to follow. I love the extra options of the camera and voice recording for when the food is dispensed. Setting up a daily schedule for feeding is reassuring for a busy household. I can see and talk to my babies throughout my day. I love this product so much!

My automatic litter tray malfunctioned and Chelsea assisted with trouble shooting the machine, when this did not work I was offered a replacement/refund. I opted for a replacement as this product is fantastic and wouldn't be without one again. I have several products from Petpawz and I feel confident that I will have full support if any issues arise in the future. Chelsea is amazing and a real asset to the company.

Fantastic customer service.
We had an automatic cat litter that had stopped working. Chelsea was very prompt with her replies to my emails, offered solutions to try and fix and then a refund/replacement offered. Cannot fault their customer service.

My new automatic litter box broke down and the team at petpawz offered exceptional support to help me try to rest the machine and, when this couldn’t be achieved, sent a replacement straight away.

Bought a smart litter system that stopped working. The customer service I received was above and beyond what I could expect. I will be buying from Petpawz again as I know I can trust them and they give 100% even when the product failed. Cannot ask for anything more than that. Thank you.

Hi I purchased a pet bed and within days the zip broke so the cover was useless. Such a shame as it’s a $200 bed. Won’t be purchasing anything else as can’t afford to waste my money.

I have two Moodles, not big dogs. The stairs look great, can be heightened if needed but the riser are NOT the same as normal steps so the dogs struggle to get up then without either trying to miss a step or trip over the second stair.
Such a struggle to get them to use the stairs.

EDIT: PetPawz have replied and are resolving the matter. My pet bed is on the way. Review changed to 5 stars.

Ordered a dog bed last week- 22/12. Order no 63742. Despite using the coupon code for extra 15% off as stated on website, I was charged the price before this discount. I have sent two emails trying to rectify this issue with nil response. Also have not received any updates regarding my order. Maybe they will reply to this review faster than their customer service emails.

Happy to edit this review to reflect their resolution of the above matter in the event that it is resolved quickly.
