Very happy with the experience and shopping at Australa Piano World. Hans is very helpful, kind and patient to help us to choose among the pianos. We love the one we bought (KAWAI US6XSV).

Bought a beautiful Upright Piano several years ago and it's so perfect it stays in tune for years at a time. Very beautiful people to deal with.

Hans guided us through the maze of buying an instrument to suit some very specific needs. He tailored what he showed us to meet those needs, showed us a good range of instruments and comprehensively demonstrated them to us and showed us what they were capable of and was a wealth of knowledge on each one. There were times when we expected to need to look up the manuals to find some technical information... and Hans would know it. We were very impressed. Thank you very much. We have since recommended Austral Pianos to others.

I am very pleased with the pre loved piano I purchased, it arrived today roughly within a week of making my payment. I wasn't able to go see the piano due to my health and relied upon what Hans said to me over the phone and in email of it's condition. My requirements were minimal, I had finished all exams long time ago and was only looking for a piano to play for leisure that was within my budget. I am so happy with it and as Hans said it's was in pretty good condition and sounded great!

My interactions with Austral Piano World have been excellent. I recently needed advice on putting together a portable digital piano setup that would be appropriate for some very specific needs. Staff were knowledgeable, patient, helpful and efficient in giving me exactly the information I needed. I was very confident in the recommendations I received, and the pricing was very fair. My order was processed the same day; and even with the delivery delays that all businesses are experiencing at present (and that I was warned about), I was playing my new instrument within a week.
