Hans and Viga were absolutely wonderful…
Hans and Viga were absolutely wonderful - it was the most beautiful and stress-free showroom, I could try multiple pianos and were not hassled or pressured at all. Both Hans and Viga were so knowledgeable, helpful and passionate about pianos! Purchased a Hoffman V175 with no dramas, arrived when expected and in pristine condition. I’m a piano teacher and will highly recommend students come and visit Austral Piano World when looking to purchase an instrument.

Very Satisfied
With covid some keyboards have been hard to find. Austral Piano World had one of the last Kawai MP11SE's in Australia. They were very helpful over the phone, and included a fantastic K&M stand as part for the package which arrived by the weeks end just in time for Christmas. Fantastic!

Friendly, warm and professional advice.
I was met at the door by a friendly technician who immediately put me in touch with Hans, who was thoroughly professional, warm and helpful. Hans asked me about my piano requirements and supported me to try out the options I had been exploring on line.
It was a very non pushy experience and I felt very confident with the whole operation.

We bought a second hand upright YAMAHA…
We bought a second hand upright YAMAHA piano. The gentleman that we spoke to over the phone was informative / honest. We decided to purchase a piano without visiting the store as it was still lockdown. Delivery to Geelong was smooth. Happy with our purchase and recommend this company to others.

Excellent service from Hans and his team. My Roland GP607 arrived within a week. The delivery team set up the piano and removed all the packing without fuss,(with Covid safe masks and distancing) Would not hesitate to recommend the GP607 from Austral Piano World.

Great piano at a great price
The Roland f701 is a no frills digital piano that is perfect when space is limited. The sounds are Roland good and there is plenty of power for sound. I find that I use it at about 1/4 volume ant that is plenty to play and sing along with. Grate piano at a great price! I would highly recommend this piano from beginners to seasons player.
