Completely blown away with the value for money. I have tried almost all of the fresh to frozen meals, I couldn’t choose which one is my favourite because they are all so delicious. They beat anything you can get in a supermarket. There is no mistaking the nutritious, delicious and quality ingredients. Not to mention the portion sizes are very generous. I have a selection of these meals in my freezer ready for the times I don’t have the time to cook myself a healthy meal from scratch. The brownies are also really delicious and the dressings complement any meal. Can’t wait to receive my next POW box of yummy nutritious meals. I would like to add that these meals are deep frozen and packed so well, with ice packs, that they arrive as fresh as the day they were made. All you need to do is pop them in your freezer.

Amazing quality, nutritious meals. Desserts are beautiful too. Customer service is very attentive and friendly and they go the extra mile! The email notification for shipping and delivery needs a bit of refinement as no notifications are sent (only from the shipping company itself). Better nutrition facts per meal on the packaging and on the website (rather than just nutrition facts per 100g) would be a wonderful and helpful addition for customers tracking their nutrition . Also, not all the recipes on the website list how many grams equals a serving The food itself, the quality and nutrition of the ingredients and the service are all exceptional, so I have given 5 stars.

Lovely, tasty fresh food, we thoroughly enjoyed it. I ordered for a weekend a way with friends, and was great to feel like you are eating nourishing food without all the preparation yourself. There was one minor error in an item that was delivered, but could still use it and did not have an impact. I also anticipate if I had been able to highlight in time it would have been recrified.

Delicious and nutritious. Every meal exceeded all our expectations, with high-quality ingredients, and great portion sizes, all were very tasty indeed. Best frozen meals we have ever had.

Top notch food - Timely delivery - contents beyond expectations with high quality fresh food - and tasty with high quality spices.

They also gave us some unexpected treats - for £72 we had 10 meals - good value -!

FANTASTIC VEGAN FOOD! Some of the best vegan food I've ever had in restaurants or otherwise, delicious with enough protein. So many great options. Favourites are the cottage pie and the Amazonian chocolate chilli

Got my order yesterday, this food is fantastic, really nice portions and very tasty... This is perfect for me instead of ordering a fairly unhealthy take away / delivery at usually £20+ I'm now into the freezer for super fresh healthy option... Cheers POW I will be back for more... BTW I really like the soups too..!!

We have never been so happy with a caterer before until now and POW have exceeded all of our expectations. The catering was outstanding, the service was amazing had it not been for POW and the team especially to Hetti, she is an amazing person. The food itself though, Unbelievable, very fresh, high quality, tasty. They are now my go to caterer for everything as even their boxed lunches are amazing. We had partners in this week from all over the world and they have never experienced any like the food this week, so so happy they really enjoyed it. Thank you so much POW.
