Didn’t receive all my order - I did email straight away and told I could have a replacement order or a refund

I chose a refund by as of yet have not received this or had a email confirming that the refund has been processed

Never received order. in a queue of tickets. food not fresh any more. have requested refund. poor service.

Having used Prepped Pots a few years ago, I decided to give them another try. Unfortunately, the standard of both delivery and customer service has dropped completely.My first delivery was fine, but the second was an absolute disaster. The courier left the box on my doorstep in 30°C+ heat without ringing the bell or checking if anyone was home. Because it sat in the blistering heat, the ice packs melted entirely, soaking and destroying the outer packaging. Several meal containers were broken, leaking food into the warm water and creating a massive mess to clean up.I contacted customer support immediately to report the ruined food. I received an automated reply saying my ticket was logged, paired with an incredibly poor policy warning me NOT to follow up or my ticket would be pushed to the back of the queue. I followed their instructions and waited, but it has now been several days with absolutely no response, no follow-up, and no refund. They have essentially taken my money and left me with inedible food. On a separate note, when looking at the intact meals, the protein portion sizes are highly questionable. For chicken-based meals, the physical amount of meat appears far too small to realistically hit the high macro/protein targets stated on the nutritional labels. Between the careless delivery, damaged food, nonexistent support, and questionable ingredient portions, I cannot recommend Prepped Pots. I expect a customer service representative to contact me to issue a full refund for this delivery immediately.

How to kill your business - by Prepped Pots in a few easy steps…….

1. Have lots of regular repeat customers but then change the food to sloppy ready meals with lots of additives
2. Change the packaging so not as many fit in the freezer at one time
3. Charge more for meals
4. Have packaging that keeps food cool for 48 hours but send food to customers with 1.5 - 2 day delivery time
5. Change delivery company and don’t mark the boxes as food so they hold boxes in their warehouse over a weekend and then deliver warm boxes of food that can’t be eaten.
6. Expect the customer to empty the unusable delivery and decant 20 meals into food waste bins and cardboard into recycling etc.
7. Do all of these things and then because of so many problems, have an overwhelmed customer service team that can’t provide refunds / resolution so your customers have up to £100 of weekly food money tied up in failed orders
8. Answer reviews and emails with holding message to make your customers think they have lost their money or your company is a scam.

Been with them for three years but now will move to Gold Standard Nutrition - sad to go, but they really are trying their best to kill their customer base 😕

Iv used a few prep companies now but this is by far the worst! I ordered my first weeks on a deal. It didn't show , I got an email to say something had caused a delay and to email customers service to arrange a refund or a different delivery date. I requested a refund. Still waiting for it now weeks later and no response after 3 emails to customers service. They quicky took my money at full price a week later and I received a new batch of food. BANG Average. Iv now cancelled my subscription and I'm still waiting on the refund for the first order. Horrendous company

After a few years as a customer i've finally cancelled my subscription.
Whilst the food is good, and prices reasonable, I can't put up with the abysmal delivery service any more.

Food was good, support non existent and many deliveries missed/cancelled

Had to cancel subscription as cannot deliver when I want,company barely checks emails or direct messages,

DHL haven’t delivered my food for the second order in a row and then had the cheek to send me an email saying I can collect from their Bristol depot 30miles away.
You guys haven’t even responded to my emails in 5 days. Gone down hill very fast. Loved your meals but won’t be using again now whilst dhl are delivering.

I have been with this company over 2 years.
Initially the food was great, however since the re packaging and new ingredients its sadly dropped in taste.
Delivery has also suffered since DHL took over, I'm currently told that my delivery will take place today (31 July 2026) after it being sat in a warehouse for approximately 5 days. Obviously being food it will have to go in the bin, and my subscription cancelled. I will be requesting my money be returned and I'll try elsewhere.
Customer service hasn't even bothered to email me back, other than the obligatory automated response.

Saturday delivery arrived on a Wednesday middle of the day in 30+ degree heat, was like a big box of soup by time I got home and went straight in the bin

Recent delivery was due on 25/7/26.
Got an email on the evening before saying it had not been dispatched, and to email to get a refund OR reschedule the delivery.
Ive sent 4 separate emails and not had a reply. Food has been dispatched for delivery today 30/7/26. No one is going to be home, and im away till monday. So that food has gone to waste

Arrived well packaged and in good time. Good portion sizes too. Tried a couple and they are quite filling and flavoursome.

Meals are ok, but it’s very unreliable if they’ll actually arrive or not - I’ve had three orders fail to turn up so far.

On one occasion they tried to send me meals that had been out of the freezer for over a week (The packaging is designed to keep the food fresh for 48 hours). When they do arrive the expiry date is often only a few days after delivery, so these meals would have likely also have been out of date.

We were loyal Prepped Pots customers for over two years, but sadly the quality of both the food and the customer service has deteriorated massively, particularly over the last year.

The food itself has become increasingly poor. Meals frequently arrived in cracked or broken pots, often leaking, and many were watery and nowhere near the standard we had become accustomed to.

The delivery service has been even worse. On one occasion our order failed to arrive and, after repeatedly chasing for updates, the replacement didn’t turn up until a week later. More recently, another order simply never arrived at all. Despite contacting customer services multiple times, I was left chasing for days with little or no communication while having to buy replacement lunches out of my own pocket.

What disappointed me most was the complete lack of empathy. After over two years of custom and a history of repeated issues, there was no recognition of the inconvenience caused or any meaningful attempt to retain us as customers. Instead, I was simply told I could have either a refund or a replacement for an order that never arrived, as though that somehow addressed the wider pattern of failures.

This wasn’t a one-off mistake; it became a recurring problem. Missed deliveries, damaged packaging, declining food quality and poor customer service eventually convinced me to close my account altogether.

It’s incredibly disappointing because Prepped Pots used to be a great service that I’d happily recommend. Unfortunately, based on our experience over the past year, I can no longer do so.

Arrived packed really well with ice-packs on time, notified me of time slot

Have placed 4 individual orders with this company. 3 of those orders had missing items, although a refund was given, it's the hassle of having to purchase and replace for that week.
The boxes and packaging are soaking wet through as the ice packs are always defrosted before delivery.

Package was never delivered, no attempt to offer refund or replacement.
