Avoid !!! Don't expect any help for handsets that go wrong or anything. They are a subsidiary of Plan.com who also have the worst customer service. All Prestige do is sell you a contract, after that you're at the mercy of Plan.com who who do anything to get out of helping. They even 'fofgot' to cancel my contact after I used the PUK code to leave and then charge me extra for not paying a bill they never sent..

Personable friendly staff, who were happy to explain anything that I was unsure about.

The customer service I have received over the past three days has been truly impressive. Having had no prior familiarity with the company, I was initially sceptical about making a change. However, after speaking with all the advisors over the past few days, they made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. Their kindness, friendliness, and reassurance made everything very straightforward to understand.

I had great service this morning with Nick he helped me do an upgrade on my phone was very helpful and friendly also the call from a lady who was organising sending phone out! Would definitely recommend this company I have been with them for a few years now. 😊

From start to finish the whole process was very professional.

The process is not fully complete yet! However everything has been very straightforward and explained well. The sales team went out of their way to ensure I knew what was going on and were able to offer some really useful solutions to keep my costs down. After all who can resist a new phone and a lower bill in the same transaction with more future options.

I received a cold call from Prestige Telecom claiming to be working on behalf of EE. The agent that called clearly had no idea about my contract with EE, so I ended call and reported it to EE.
