I received a call regarding my mobile…
I received a call regarding my mobile phone bill and an overview of my ongoing bill. The telephonist was friendly and inquisitive. She heard me say I was looking to update and address an affordable direct debit. I was passed on to a gentleman that felt genuine who took my view and delivered a new mobile phone with twin SIM cards under two different service providers which kept my business and personal calls separate using different tones as an audible prompt. Amazing team! They were super helpful in upgrading my phone and understood what I needed from my phone being a tattoo artist. They understood I was going away the following Monday and shipped next day so I would receive it before I went. Cannot recommend them enough! Thank you again! Amazing staff, amazing customer service!

Dealing with my upgrade has been very efficient and fantastic. However this was only because I hit my 18month period and contacted by someone else. I tried to upgrade due to phone being faulty and was promised it but let down after let down. I was also told Prestige would pay my cancellation fee for EE - this is yet to be received after months and at least 10 promises it would be paid. My patience is running thin.
