The whole process from start to finish was explained clearly and in detail. All the people I spoke to were very friendly, and I was asked frequently whether I understood everything.

Looking forward to getting my new phone.
Polite salesman and very clear on what he could do for me in changing over to them as my phone provider. Once I had got everything detailed out to me i felt comfortable in the change over. I never felt pressured. Excellent service.

I had the pleasure of speaking to Melissa Baron who works as part of the renewable team. (I hope I got that correct) she was and is excellent at her job. She negotiated with me to get me to renew my contract at a much improved rate and even though initially I wasn’t too keen for various reasons she talked me round and explained everything to me in a very professional manner. I would like to let her bosses know that she is a gem in there crown and is obviously a fabulous member of the team.
