When I put my order in both items I…
When I put my order in both items I believe were available and would be posted the following day. I was then told that 1item was delayed. That in itself wasn’t a problem. When the item was available they were sent immediately. The problem was I was then on holiday. As I wasn’t at home I arranged for EVRI to deliver it to the local PO, which they did. But they only kept it for 7 days. As I was still on holiday I had to arrange for someone to collect it, or it would be sent back to you.

Great service Decals look fantastic
Great service but unfortunately the decals we ordered had not been rolled into the tubes properly so were quite creased. Fortunately my husband is a professional and it was warm so he could leave them in the sun to unncrease prior to application to the rear of the vehicle. They look fantastic but others may have struggled

Surprised by several weeks delay
Surprised by several weeks delay for delivery, each time enquired on line no improvement in estimated delivery, surely should increase production. Ordering process straight forward. Expensive for largely moulded plastic! Recommend no longer use Evri for deliveries, poor communication, eventually informed package larger than expected and seeking alternative carrier. Contacted customer services who showed first class service, product sourced and delivered by DPD within 24 hours.

Rip off Bailey.
Postage time is disgraceful, as is the cost. Price for the part was pretty much daylight robbery too. What do you expect from Bailey though, they are the worst caravan manufacturer to deal with bar none.
