I contacted my cctv provider on 16/5/25 as I needed help to capture some images from my cctv. I didn't know how to get the whole clip as my phone would only stream for 5 minutes. Darragh contacted me &talked me through the whole process. He was very patient with me whilst sorting everything through video link n screen share. I honestly wish I could give this company more than 5 stars. All the staff are so courteous & helpful & go beyond the extra mile. Darragh! Thank you! ! Your help was invaluable to me x

Darragh went out of his way to double check the new CCTV installations and each of the 8 cameras etc. His patient, caring personal interest was outstanding and he spent time guiding me through the reboot and function, calibration etc.

I had a problem with internet connection and when I got in touch with Darragh he remotely managed to help solve the problem for my alarm and my CCTV cameras!

Excellent prompt service.
Even though it was a small problem with the connection, on our end. Darragh explained what to check and sorted problem out very fast via video call.

We organized for someone to come out and check out house alarm. Our cameras were serviced by Kay who was very helpful . He also looked at our alarm . I had a problem involving my CCTV system: An error message said: "The cameras are disconnected." I couldn't fathom out the cause, so I telephoned Prime Security for help. With permission, Darragh took control of my computer. Within minutes he solved the very technical (settings) problem. Excellent service.
