Machine takes alot of care, but worth it.
I own a small business and wanted a cost effective way to grow. The procolored DTF P13 Pro was the way to for me. Support was there for my inital set up and when I could not figure it out they were able to access my computer remotely and help me install what I could not. Today I contacted them for my white ink not printing (My fault I let the machine sit) they did a great job helping me troubleshoot what was wrong. My printer works great again and I am so grateful for the support I received. Yes, this is a high maintenance machine, but the prints are beautiful.

I have been using it for about 1 month. I have had no issues but today my printer was on the fritz. It a printer after all. But I was having issues with connectivity with my computer and the printer. I contacted tech support. They went above and beyond to help my connectivity run smoother. It was a good experience with tech support. I like my machine and it has expanded my business . I continue to learn about this machine and its maintenance but I am confident that with the help of procolor tech support I can be successful.
I recommend this printer if you have the time, the patience, to learn how to fully be in control of your machine.

I have the procolored for almost a year now. The print quality is flawless, the colors are vibrant and accurate, and the machine runs very reliably. The customer support is also super helpful and responsive, they have attended all my questions and worries, It has made my work much easier and more professional. New K8 Issues
I ordered the K8 and waited quite a while for it to arrive, likely because I’m in Canada. I had issues right from the start, but I’m not sure why so many people say they’re having trouble with support—my experience has been the opposite. Their team walked me through the troubleshooting process multiple times and never gave up on me, even when I was getting frustrated.
Long-term performance is still to be seen, but replacement parts are already on the way. I do wish there was a repair or service location here in Canada for faster turnaround. For reference, my main issue was the white ink not aligning properly.
The engineer did a great job
The engineer did a great job on getting the printer to print correctly and help fix a software bug that was stopping me from running my pro rip software. I was truly impressed with his service thinking I would be down and not able to print for some time.

I bought the Procolored F13 + Oven combo from the 2024 Black Friday sale. Almost a year later, these machines have worked well. I did have an issue with the oven's switch, but the tech and after-sales teams had diagnosed the issue and are honoring the warranty by sending over the replacement parts. Excellent products and a good overall experience with customer service!

First time buyer of a DTF printer and have to say how absolutely impressed I am with my pink K13 Lite!! I also bought the smokeless oven, and I am so glad I did, it's easy to use and less hassle.
I have had a few hiccups with my printer, but tech support helped me quickly and made sure I was satisfied before ending the chats. They sent me videos and pictures to help me with my questions when I didn't understand something.
The quality of prints are amazing and my friends are stunned at how bright and stunning the pictures come out. I absolutely love this machine and wish I would have jumped on the DTF bandwagon earlier.
