Hydro Heaven Reviews

Amazing bottle ! I’ve used it everyday and I love it,

It arrived really quickly and the packaging was great

Unfortunately the product broke in just over a week. The company on the other hand very quick to respond to my email and send out a replacement within 2 days so great after service if you ever have an issue

Loved the packaging that the bottle arrived in. Everything looked professional and of a great quality. Love the pattern I chose and it looks perfect. Very happy with my purchase. Great value for money.

Easy to order, delivered on time. I have tried out both the cool and heat durations and they are both as it says. Love the design and the size is perfect for fitting in a bum bag.

Ordered a hydro bottle on 2 Jan. it arrived in Feb smashed. Have been promised a replacement multiple times but nothing ever arrives. I have also asked for a refund 5 times but no one replies. Do not buy from this company.

Everything Perfect. Right piece

Excellent service, good price, pretty designs to cheer from

The quality of Proworks water bottles are awesome. I think I’ve purchased more that 10 to date. They are great for presents. Used to get my kids one with their name on it, so they we would get it back after they inevitably left it somewhere.
On my last purchase Jan 24, I messed up on the delivery address and I’m really pleased to report that Proworks really helped me out. I am so please with their level of after sales service. Easy to highly recommend. Guaranteed confidence with your purchase. My go to for personalised water bottles.

Livraison ultra rapide, produit de qualité

I had issues with my O-Ring seal and was disappointed that I may have to buy a new bottle but Graham from your support team was very kind and fixed my issue straight away. My bottle works brilliantly now I love it.

We ordered a replacement lid for a Proworks bottle but it doesn't fit!
I contacted Proworks and they have agreed to send me out another lid and some extra seals so hopefully should be resolved.

Absolutely love the bottle and it’s bright yellow panda design brightens up my day. Really impressed with prompt refund, although would have appreciated free returns. Great quality xx

They never posted the products and the support email rejected my emails. The current status is that 'Royal Mail' are 'Expecting it', however, this is not changing and we are 1 week on.

Very good quality. Very fast and reliable delivery.

Great bottle and daughter very pleased. Delivery was delayed and tracking not clear but customer service very good.

Good quality product, attractive design and excellent packaging.

Absolutely pathetic service, 1st order never arrived, another order sent out, supposedly.
That has not arrived either.
Do not order from this business!!

I'm glad that i finally got my bottle shipped to Germany. I don't know what the problem was, maybe I was on the wrong website or whatever... In the end i got the bottle and i am happy with the look (i bought the catcus one in the color yellow mellow). BUT there were some issues with the delivery. I don't know whether it's the company's fault or the delivery driver's... My bottle came with the package destroyed, the cardboard fell apart and i almost had to catch my bottle when opening the plastic bag and preventing it from falling to the floor. My bottle also has a small dent but i will still keep it because it doesn't botter me as much.
Overall I'm happy that it arrived but the whole process to it was just exhausting.

I'm sorry about the grammar mistakes. English is my second/third language.
