Absolutely love our new Proworks bottles. It's so nice to still have an ice cold drink out in the recent heat and still as cold returning home 5hrs later. I bought one each for my husband and myself....

Poor customer service.
Used yourselves several times, but I had a problem with my last order. The top of the lid kept spinning, making it difficult to unscrew, but attempting to contact your customer services proved impossible!
I have tried several times, but nobody seems to respond to the customer services telephone number, or the email address on your home page.
It seems that you have a problem with replying to any customer complaint. Unfortunately this lets down your products.

Very pretty bottles which keep all their promises. After buying one for me, I wanted to share it with my family. Highly recommend

Best reusable bottles by far
Truly the best bottles we've used and we've tried lots of different brands. Only downside is the lids are quite easy to dent, other than that I can highly recommend.
