What a faff!
An email to say it would be with me shorly. Nothing after 3 weeks. To be told had to pay first bill and end cooling off period. That’s fine but shortly to me means soon. So hard to contact BT. Wated so much time. No I have ir not sure how to use. Give me cashback every time!

Could be improved
It was easy to register the thing that is a big downfall is trying to create accounts for each card that you obtain instead of being able to log into one account and adding a new code for a new card . Would be easier if they could all be under one account as i claim mastercard from mistplay for example

Frustrating process
It feels like PureCard make the process as difficult as possible so that people just give up trying to use it or forget about it after several failed attempts.
Was given a 9-digit number and a 4-digit PIN but no Expiry Date for an Online prepaid card. Websites not accepting this number and asking for an Expiry Date even though "they accept Mastercard".
Very frustrating...just want a refund at this point

Initially comms was very confusing. I kept receiving emails to activate card but could find it within my account. When I called, the agent clarified after checking it would go live on or past my internet activation date.
I then have an ongoing issue where the card details can’t be seen on an iPhone due to a known bug and therefore must use a computer which stopped me purchasing at the time.

Totally worth it!
Great communication, with getting the card activated, despite waiting a little longer to be rewarded it, this was communicated in multiple stages, throughout the process, so never was unsure of anything!

This card does work in the same way as a bank card and a lot of retailers will not allow you to use part payment for online transactions. There is an option to use gift cards with this card, just make sure that the remaining balance of the transaction matches the balance of the card, so you can use the whole amount.

It can only be used for online shopping which I didn’t realise so quite disappointed. I assumed it was like pre paid visa or such that can be added to wallet and used everywhere
